I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THESE CREDIT BUREAUS DO NOT COMPLY WHEN WE HAVE FRAUD ALERTS ON OUR CREDIT REPORTS. Consumer Complaint: 1. I bought a new home and house warming ceremony is scheduled for Thursday XX/XX/2022. Friends and guests are coming. 2. I needed some furniture before the even so I went to Ashley Furniture store in XXXX, CA on XXXX. I selected my furniture ( worth about ~ {$9000.00} ). I was informed by the salesman @ Ashley that I can benefit from 60 months installment payments by using financing from Synchrony bank if I apply for their credit 3. This suited me and I decided to apply for the financing right then and there. After filling in information about my wife and me in the joint application form, I was given an account number immediately over a phone call. 4. For some other reason ( Ashley store related ), the purchase wasn't completed on XXXX. Hence they suggested to come again today on XXXX. I left my work and went there again to complete the transaction. 5. However, this time the bank didn't clear the transaction, asking me for more documents ( ID proof, and home address proof ). 6. This totally defeated the purpose as I can not get the furniture on time anymore. I applied for the financing knowing that it would affect my wife 's and my credit score only to get the furniture on time, but now since the bank opened my credit account they are not clearing my purchase. 7. I don't need this credit line at all except for the purpose of buying furniture on XXXX or XXXX. But now the bank is not clearing my purchase hence I feel like a stupid, whose credit score is impacted without any reason. This is very stressful to me and my wife now and we are very unhappy with the bank 's business practice, where they opened our account immediately ( impacting credit score ), but they are blocking the transaction to go through. Also, I spent stressful 20 mins on Synchrony 's Customer Service line, but instead of helping me logically, they just read a script and say they can not revert the credit score check if I don't need the financing ( as I can not buy the furniture ). They say it is impossible. If they can not solve a customer 's problem then they should have a way to reverse the credit score check also. I am stressed about it and very very frustrated with the bank 's system and looking for a right solution here.

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank closed EVERY single account i had with them XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts. Synchrony stated i was a high credit risk even though I have perfect credit with them. as a matter of fact synchrony owed me money. My credit and score are perfect. The XXXX laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers, and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX administers compliance with this law. THIS LAW HAS BEEN BROKEN. Synchrony had no right to close my accounts. THEY CLOSED EVERY ACCOUNT NOT JUST ONE. Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX. I opened a Synchrony Bank credit card, when I received my bill, I noticed a charge of {$21.00} on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX and {$24.00} on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX that were not my charges. I contacted the credit card company and told them that these charges were not my charges, and I did not authorize them. Then paid the credit card off. Since then, they have continued to leave these charges on the card charging me astronomical amounts of interest and fees. In XXXX. XXXX trying to resolve this. They sent me a list of all charges, that were made on the credit card, along with the payments that were made. Still these XXXX charges are on there. I reviewed all the transactions and agree with all of them except these XXXX transactions from XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I have sent the transaction authorized/not authorized list back to the credit card company and still, yet they refuse to remove these XXXX charges and continue to charge astronomical amounts of fees and interest. I closed the card on XX/XX/XXXX. The credit card company then took it upon themselves to open another card in my name and transfer these fraudulent charges and fees. And continue to bill me, under a completely different account number. Remove fraudulent charges and these astronomical amounts of fees and interest. According to my calculations there maybe a {$90.00} balance. That was put on the card after. XX/XX/XXXX, I don't how that happened because the charge was made, XX/XX/XXXX.
