Consumer Complaint: I have a lowes credit card with a fixed interest balance and several XXXX interest promotions. On XX/XX/2022 I made a payment of {$2600.00} to be allocated to paying off XXXX of the XXXX interest promotions before they expired ( XXXX in XX/XX/2022 and XXXX in XX/XX/2022 ). I was told that it would be allocated by the beginning of XXXX. I checked my statement in XXXX and it had not been completed so I called again. They said it was corrected and to check back at the beginning of XXXX. I checked again and called again because it still had not been completed. I just went through the same thing with them again. With those balances not being paid off as they were suppose to have been done, my minimum payment calculations were not correct. I have always made my payments on time. This is a very unfair practice. If someone is paying off a promo before it ends in order to prevent paying the accrued interest but it takes months for it to go through, that is extremely wrong.

Consumer Complaint: We went to RoomsToGo to purchase furniture. We made a purchase and are awaiting delivery. So far, no problem. Then we received two credit cards from Synchrony bank for RoomsToGo. We did not apply for a Credit Card, make an inquiry about a Credit Card nor show an interest in a Credit Card with Synchrony Bank RoomsToGo. When we tried t o call Sychrony, it was like pulling teeth. Finding a number was difficult and it took several calls with long wait times to get a hold of a person. And of course, there is the frustration of being hung up on. The end result was that we were told to just destroy them. I can only hope it works. We had a Sam 's Club card that turned out to be from Synchrony and after I cancelled it, they still put a charge on it ( Sam 's Club membership ). And I had to go through the same awful experience to insure the account was closed. Synchrony Bank is not someone you want to do business with for a variety of reasons which include, among others, a horrible interest rate, horrible customer service and undependable results ( in my experience. )

Consumer Complaint: Found charges for " card security '' on an Amazon synchrony card that I never enrolled for. They said a box was checked when I signed up for the credit card - I never checked a box requesting this. The company refunded the charges for XXXX - but apparently have been charging them since XXXX. I was told a supervisor was unavailable but one would call me back within 24 hours on 2 occasions and no calls were received back. Third time I called I was still told there was no supervisor I could speak with I requested to hold until a supervisor could be located. I was on hold for over 50 minutes and was told they could not help me.

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank for CareCredit continues to delay my right to due process by continuously attempting to collect a debt not obligated to be paid by me the consumer. They refuse to accept my Bill of Exchange as legal tender and has created an act of fraud. In doing so, Synchrony Bank continues to add interest fees and late fees to my account. I have made multiple attempts at settling this debt to no avail. They are refusing to respect their duties to consumers like myself and XXXX me through email and text. See attached.

Consumer Complaint: AmazonStoreCard/Synchrony bank doubled charged me and once it was brought to their attention I was told the issue would be corrected and not to make a payment until it is resolved. While I was waiting they reported a none payment to the credit bureau and my credit score decreased drastically. Made a second call about the same issue and I was told they would contact the credit bureau to let them know it was an error on their behalf. As of today they are continually charging me and the balance is increasing.

They indicated it was based on my credit report as the reason for closing, however the only report they obtained was at the time of application and nothing changed on my report from the date of application to the date of closing. They are refusing to provide additional information and this now negatively impacted my credit score.

Consumer Complaint: Vendor has refused on multiple occasions to accept my legal and lawful tender method even with directions to tender payment. Vendor also has my name attached to an account not known to me and as of to date unknown if they have fixed it. Vendor has also caused harm and damages to me by lowering my credit amount without first notifying me, causing adverse actions as I have not been able to receive the credit back I extended. Vendor has violated multiple sections of 15USC1602-1692 As well as multiple UCC codes for which each company doing commerce is held to. Vendor has also discriminated against me in an adverse action.
