Consumer Complaint: Disputing a Charge for Bad Service at CareCredit SYNCHRONY BANK. Charge of {$740.00} on the date of XX/XX/XXXX plus fees getting in a total of {$1200.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I called many times. I disputed the charge and the service many times. I already complained at creditcare many times about what happened. But all I had to deal with were some inappropriate questions, for example, if I tried to return the service? What? That is even a question for who got a service and not a product? Who returns services? I had to ask many times if the attendant remembered we were talking about a dentist service and not about a product. The questions kept on this level, like, did you use the service? I had to use a lot of my patience with these questions. The person was completely ignoring how I was treated at the dentist, how I didn't like what happened, and how the office was anti ethic and unprofessional. I went to this dentist for a {$39.00} service ( now day {$59.00} ). These back and forth calls wasted so much time of my life. Today I did my last call. I was on call for 45 minutes and I still didn't get any solution. All they did was trying to make me uncomfortable, keeping me in long holds, and embaracing me calling me delinquent. I am so tired and frustrated.

I disputed but the credit agencies won't remove it from my account. I never live at the address it shows in a state that i never lived in. they are charging me {$2900.00}

So I called the Sams credit card company to ask them what am I getting billed for I havent used my card and now they are stating that they over charged me for a return twice they stated that they return something and overcharge me yet when I ask them to show me on my statement where it is that they overcharged me they took me to a return that I returned from a purchase that I made and Ive been calling and calling and talking to many people and no one can answer me what I am being charged for.this charges happen on XX/XX/2022 l.its been going on for 2 months now, nothing has been resolve

Consumer Complaint: I opened an account with Lowes online. They sent card to wrong address. I called them after 10 days because I had not received card. They told me it had been activated and had XXXX dollars worth of charges on it. I explained to them that I never received card. They told me they would take care of it and sent me new card. I called back when I received new card. Charges were still on my account and no one knew anything about it. So I again went thru the process of filing about fraudulent claims. They refuse to give me confirmation number or email. I have not received anything in mail about it. Charges are still on my account. I had not even activated account when these fraudulent charges happened. So I dont have anything to upload.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, For many years I carried an accidental life insurance policy with XXXX which I paid via my JC Penney Credit Card. I had this account on auto pay, debiting my bank account to pay the monthly premium of {$8.00}. On XX/XX/2022 I contacted XXXX XXXX and advised them I wished to discontinue the policy. I was informed the premium for XXXX was paid so the policy would be in effect until XX/XX/XXXX. Since I no longer shop at JC Penney I also deleted my bank account for auto pay. Today I received an email alert from XXXX advising me there was a decrease in my credit score. I logged on to XXXX to learn that JC Penney had my account reported as 30 days delinquent and my credit score had dropped XXXX points! Not once have I received an email, letter or phone call advising me my account was delinquent. I contacted JC Penney this afternoon and paid the " outstanding '' balance of {$8.00} and requested that the JC Penney store account also be closed. Since my husband was the " primary '' cardholder he also got on the phone with the customer representative to confirm that we wanted the account closed immediately. In addition to making sure my JC Penney account is closed I would also like this delinquent report removed from my credit report and my outstanding credit score restored.
