Consumer Complaint: This company has infringed on my right to privacy, I have never given this company any right to have my personal information. This company is trying to collect on an alleged debt. This company reported unverified inaccurate information to the consumer reporting agencies, which has greatly harmed my ability to offer or extend my credit to other financial institutions. This is against federal laws. This account is not mine and was opened using my personal identification without my consent. When any furnisher of information is notified pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 605B that a debt has resulted from identity theft, the furnisher may not sell, transfer, or place for collection the debt except in certain limited circumstances. Section 615 ( f ). Ive also never given this company permission to contact me which according to the FCRA is also against federal laws. I have asked numerous times for this company to stop furnishing false information to the CRAs and also for them to stop contacting me. My next step will be to file suit. This is my last time asking to please remove this account, its not mine.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I sent CareCredit/ Synchrony Bank a letter demanding them to verify an alleged debt on a open-end consumer credit plan account that I opened on XX/XX/2022. They received my letter on XX/XX/2022. I received a billing statement from CareCredit/ Synchrony Bank showing a new balance of {$1900.00} they are alleging I owe them for the extension of credit I'd used. Pursuant to 15 usc 1692g ( b of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), once a consumer request verification of an alleged debt, the creditor is required to cease all collection activities of the disputed amounts. CareCredit may have billed me after received my certified letter, which would be a violation of this statute. As a result of receiving the billing statement, I'm sending them a cease and desist notice pursuant to 15 usc 1692c ( c ) of the FDCPA. In the notice I'm also notifying them of a billing error in the amount of {$1900.00}. Pursuant to the Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ) 15 USC 1666 ( b ) ( 4 ), CareCredit failed to properly reflect on the statement a credit issued to me, and instead tried to deceive me into believing I owe a debt on my own extension of credit.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX told me my account was closed by me. That is wrong, I did not close account. XXXX tells me when I call my account is active in good standing for XXXX years. This mistake cost me XXXX points on my credit report, which I have worked on for years to get to XXXX points. XXXX refuses to send info to credit agencies, I have called them numerous times. Consumer Complaint: A balance transfer check was issued to Walmart Mastercard and the check was mailed to the wrong address. The check was received by Synchrony Bank instead of XXXX XXXX as intended. The check was cashed XX/XX/XXXX by Synchrony Bank in the amount of {$5000.00} check number XXXX. Multiple attempts to have the money returned to the correct account have failed. Called Synchrony Bank on XX/XX/XXXX and was informed to fax a letter requesting a refund. Fax letter with a copy of the cashed check XX/XX/XXXX. Faxed letter and check again XX/XX/XXXX. Called Synchrony Bank again XX/XX/XXXX and was again informed to fax a letter. Faxed letter and copy of check again XX/XX/XXXX. Sent letter and copy of check again XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Each time I have called I requested a manager or supervisor and was informed the call can not be transferred to manager. Customer service has been no help in resolving this issue. Was also informed that if there is no account number with Synchrony bank they can not help.There is no account with Synchrony Bank becasue the check was sent to the wrong bank in error. I explained the balance transfer check was sent to them in error and the funds need to be returned. The faxed letter has all the information needed to send the refund.

Consumer Complaint: I '' m writing to dispute the balance of {$1300.00}. The payment was made on XXXX XXXX through online payment option. The listed amount was ducted from my twice. i notified Synchrony PayPal about the matter. I couldn't get through the automated system for 50min. After getting help a Manger from Synchrony stated : " she would connect me with PayPal, Finial, we are connected and they locate the payment and said it would be resolved. I asked if the account was noted and if I could receive documentation from both parties. I have not received anything. On XX/XX/22 I received a notification of late payment. I spoke with the agent in regards to my account he also admits to seeing the returned and positive payment.
