Consumer Complaint: I went to a MatressFirm located at store XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, FL XXXX on or about XX/XX/XXXX to buy some mattress, I decided to purchase it, at the time of check out, the sales associate offered me to finance the purchase which I did. He ran my credit and told me I was approved through Syncrony Bank. Great news, after the very first month, I noticed that the statement wasn't coming to my home. I tried to log in and my user was changed. I had to call to gain access again, when I called they told me that there was another registered address and another email address, I reported that and the fixed everything. On the following month I received the statement with a lot of additional charges, everything was ordered online. I reported that to Syncrony bank on XX/XX/XXXX. Every time I was changing and putting the correct information, somebody was logging in and changing it back and ordering from my account. I reported this to my credit buraus and also to Synchrony bank SEVERAL times, I also frozen all my credit profiles. Since then, nobody at Synchrony was able to give me a real solution, every month I was getting different invoices with different amounts, credits, charges, they even send me money back ( please see attached ) I got a zero balance statement as well. At one point I paid what they told me it was mine to just put the account in ZERO and closed it, I paid XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and even after that they keep on sending me new bills. They sent me a zero balance statement one more time and when I thought everything was clear, they started reporting my credit and again they started sending me new bills. I asked them several times for a complete detail of my payments and charges, they were never able to send me this. At this time, I being completely hurt by them reporting my credit without showing me a completely detail or why they are charging me. Also, you can see that they have been transferring amounts and nobody can explain that and why, not even why they send me a check and a zero balance statement.

RESPONSE : XXXX Resubmitted on XXXX ( due to error on th fax of the OCC ) I had received your letter dated XXXX, Your Institution said said that now Synchrony Bank received my payment of {$3300.00} on XX/XX/2022 and applied to my accountant XXXX. You had also said that my payment was unpaid by my bank, and the payment were reversed. I went to my Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, here in XXXX at the XXXX XXXX XXXX location. On XXXX The office issue me the attached documents. I was told that this claim its not 100 % correct. That payment or any of the records claimed on your letter never appear on my bank records. ( this payments nor any transaction are not in my bank records. ) As I had mentioned prior, This his is the store error and mistake. This never existed and never took place the way XXXX claimed to happened. This is exactly the reason for me to request a 100 % investigation on my account, My account has too many errors and now XXXX want me to pay for it. I had sent a copy of {$800.00} XXXX Cash payment that was never annotated on my account. Pl lease see the attached documents. Let me know if theres anything I can get to Synchrony Bank in order to clarify this issue. Thank you for your assistance and your cooperation on this matter. Please noticed that I had responded to this letter on XXXX but I faxed the paper work to XXXX office to the OCC, which had my case # XXXX Today when I called to check on this issue, I was told that I need to resubmit this claim. Please noticed. Synchrony Bank XXXX Lowes keep saying that my payment was returned due to the bank reversed my payment. This is not correct, my bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has no records whatsoever of this transactions. Please see tha attached paperwork. Consumer Complaint: I pay on this card on time every month and this is the second time they have lowered my available spending amount. I hardly use the card and it has a balance that was close to {$3000.00} dollars as I purchased a washer and dryer in XXXX. My balance now is {$1400.00} and today I received my second notice they are lowering me available balance to {$1500.00} because I don't have any real estate, accounts with high balances, and it's taking me to long to pay off my credit cards. I was lead to believe paying off credit cards negatively impacts ones credit score and for this card, which I haven't used in over a year, would be significant paid down based on the original credit line. I believe this company is intentionally causing me to have credit problems for absolutely no reason. As I said, I pay all of my credit accounts on time every month and I do not want a mortgage or a car note with inflation the way it is and gas prices here in Nevada are not going down. I am filing this complaint because this vicious action is going to impact my credit score and it's unfair and should not be allowed. I pay on my accounts, all of them. ON time, every month.

Consumer Complaint: Filed a dispute in XXXX with Synchrony Bank regarding an item on my statement. XXXX XXXX wrongly billed me for repairs performed on another person 's car ( XX/XX/XXXX ). The name on the transaction was not mine and the car in question was not mine either. I submitted all the related documents at the time of the dispute to Synchrony. Synchrony failed to investigate the dispute. They also failed to communicate to me their unwillingness to investigate/ or report result of their investigation. Rather they intentionally did not include this item in the minimum balance due for XXXX. For XXXX good years I was not informed the result of dispute filed. This amount also was not in my credit report until XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, Synchrony wrote me stating they will include this amount in my minimum due balance. They further proceeded to put it my synchrony revolving account balance which is being currently reflected in my experian credit report. I have had this card since XXXX and this extreme poor treatment of a customer is demoralizing. My current credit score is XXXX and Synchrony is bent on destroying my credit score. I have never had to pay interest on this card because I have always paid more in other to avoid interest. I will explore all legal options open to me and will report the same to the Illinois attorney General 's office. Please publish this report including bank name.

Consumer Complaint: A cash advance payment sent to a colleague was mistaken for a dispute as it had no label and did not show recipient on statement. I canceled the dispute, but they charged the recipient a month later anyway a processing fee of {$15.00}. The email sent to the recipient contained my full name, account number, transaction fee, and transaction number. This was in direct violation of my privacy. Had the recipient been indeed acting fraudulently my personal info wouldve been in jeopardy. They are not addressing this issue, I continue to get transferred or disconnected.

Consumer Complaint: I was in Lowes was going to open credit card over the phone, and they said they would send me text on my cell phone. I told them to " Do not proceed with this. I'll pay cash for these items. '' The person on the phone ran my credit. I got a letter in the mail telling me that my application wasn't approved. I told them not to run my application. The people that answer the phone have run me my around, and have hung up on me. I cussed them out big time, because they did something I told them not to do. I'm sure you won't do anything because you kiss the XXXX of big corporations, and banks. Tell the XXXX to listen to the recording. SICK OF THE XXXX!
