Consumer Complaint: My father and I have a loan with Synchrony for a recreational vehicle. In XXXX the vehicle was in a fire and declared a total loss. The loan had a gap policy attached. The insurance has paid with the remaining balance being {$1600.00}. I have submitted everything for gap except the full payment history which ive requested 4 times from synchrony. They hAve confirmed each time they have sent and I have not received. The gap company refuses to pay without the payment history and I have spent hours to no avail back and forth with the company. The time frame is coming to an end for me to exercise gap and im paying on a vehicle I do not have. This has been a nightmare

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank has my XXXX XXXX card. I have been a member since XXXX, never once missed a payment. I have been enrolled in auto pay. tow months ago, they assessed me a late fee for a missed payment. THEY stopped my payment method with out contacting me. I have delt with this deceptive outfit before with a XXXX XXXX card. if you don't carry a balance, they lower your credit limit to cause your fico score to drop. these are deceptive practices and should be investigated. how many other people have they bilked on late fees when they trust their payments are made on time. Please review other complaints and investigate that they do this on a large scale to bilk fees and late charges, as many people wont complain. I am looking into a possible class action lawsuit with them, You have an obligation to investigate this complaint and look into how many others were affected by this. I will await your details. thank you

I also got text saying that a {$12.00} recruiting charge for child advocacy center, I never went to any place name child advocacy center, I dont a child. I have done card placement, due to thefraud that was done on my account, When first Report is the fraud over the phone, the XXXX gentleman that was helping me out, I hope the call was Recording. he found another person on my account but he didn't tell me anything about the person foundry account, I have never authorize any other person on my account, I also would like to know my credit limit was drop down,.

Consumer Complaint: I opened my JCP credit card with {$5500.00} credit line. My payments were between {$25.00} to XXXX XXXX monthly. I always gave JCP {$100.00} every month towards my credit card payment. Last year they had their XXXX stores removed. During XXXX on The months of XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of XXXX I made purchases at XXXX and also made my monthly payment with the XXXX cashier as I was permitted to make XXXX purchases with my JCP credit card and also I thought make payments. Several of my payments were not recorded on my account! I made multiple payments, JCP fraudulently prevents consumers from viewing the cash payments made in the store! It takes up to XXXX business days to reflect! That is one of the problems! Another is I encountered was the customer service reps in their 1800 phone number saying they see the payment but will take some time for the payment to come off the balance! Shortly after I realized my payments were not on my Statement then after disputing with JCP Customer Service then claimed an internal investigation would take place I also called the Store in XXXX Ca. Filed a complaint! I was told JCP was removing all their XXXX XXXX from JCP still my payments were never found I was given the run around and told I should have called the JCP credit card bank that issued my credit! I thought I had been calling them the whole time! I have been fraudulently deceived as JCP stole additional payments through there XXXX XXXX as I also tend to make a cash payment when making a purchase and On XX/XX/XXXX I made my normal {$100.00} through the store to find out my interests rate had Sky rocketed and my minimum payment was now over XXXX XXXX monthly! They flagged my account although I never missed a payment And decreased my credit line to XXXX /and charged me a late fee ; that has since been credited back But did not adjust the inflated interest rate to top off I was being charged XXXX XXXX monthly in interest And also the JCP Credit Card app the force you to use is useless as you can not view payments instantly nor transactions only statements that do not upload until statement date! I have been a victim of fraud by JCP would them investigated!

I messaged them today XX/XX/XXXX in regards to why it was showing I owed more then I should on the promotional offer and it turns out they only apply your payment to the purchase if you contact them each month. To which I was never in formed. So in order to avoid interest I have to pay {$1200.00} with in the next month. I have paid to {$950.00} them since XXXX and could have paid off the rest to avoid interest
