" I legit even gave the statement, yet they want me to give again, so i did give again, then i got this " Thank you for your response. We reviewed the information you provided but we were unable to verify your identity because the document provided was illegible/unclear. Your account is still temporarily on hold. " Now they say it's illegible, it was so clear not unclear so i gave id this time Guess what you gave me back " After a review of your details, we have determined it is necessary to close your Amazon.com account. Any pending orders have been canceled. '' makes 0 sense, atleast give a reason Also i am not even the first person with this issue, check reviews, + i know people who have gave eevrything they have and you amazon, keep saying nonsense about visa and XXXX XXXX not being able to be valid, when you can clearly see they have a store card by their BIN number, like it is clear, XXXX is XXXX XXXX, and XXXX is visa, and XXXX IS AMAZON STORE CARD, quite pathetic that i am not the first person, and a company like this is broken in their team Thank you all i got ta say is fix up your team Have a great day hope it gets off hold : ) Because it didn't i complained with XXXX but amazon closed it with no reason, even after giving my proof

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, I ordered a pair of shoes from XXXX, and the package was supposed to be delivered to my apartment building. However, due to our building 's locker system being out of service for several weeks, the package was not delivered to the designated location. There were signs on the locker system clearly stating that all packages should be delivered to the recipients door. Despite my efforts to locate the package, including contacting my leasing office and thoroughly searching the premises, the shoes were never found. I have spent countless hours on the phone with XXXX. The only thing they will tell me is that they believe the package was delivered and there is nothing they can do to help me. I have also disputed this transaction with Synchrony Bank / PayPal Credit four times. They do not provide me with any information that would indicate why they are siding with XXXXXXXX XXXX The last dispute I submitted was not responded to. I learned by checking the status online that they had again sided with the merchant. The transaction in question occurred on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX The delivery company, XXXX, insists on a fallacious narrative that the package was delivered to a locker in my residential building. However, I have concrete proof from my building management that the locker system was indisputably non-operational on the supposed day of delivery. This glaring inconsistency exposes XXXX XXXX claim as fundamentally flawed and entirely baseless. To further highlight the absurdity of their claim, XXXX has failed to produce any tangible evidence such as a photograph or signed receipt to confirm their alleged delivery. Their failure to do so is not merely an oversight, but a critical failing that challenges the credibility of their assertion. For the avoidance of doubt, let me restate : I did not receive the package.

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony, Bank discount tire had Called me for a while reporting that I was past due on my credit card payment. I explained to them with the dispute team that this was not my account I was unfamiliar of this being opened in my name, and my information, and then being used. They said ok thank you and closed it all out. Yesterday I received a letter stating that I received goods or benefited from the account and they re-opened it, stating I still owe them money. I have had several issues with identity theft and continue to struggle with getting my information clear. I called them again today to try and dispute it again letting them know that I did not open a credit card nor did I even apply for a card. I will continue to fight this until it is appropriately resolved. I have a XXXX XXXX XXXX and nothing close to the vehicle they stated was worked on. This has significantly impacted my credit score.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a washer and dryer from Lowes.com. The items were delivered to my home shortly afterorder number XXXX. I contacted Lowes about returning both the washer and dryer since both of the things were too small. After speaking with someone over the phone that advise me that I would not get a refund on the items until they were in the store. I was told once the things were in the store someone will contact me in regards to a refund. After the things were returned for approximately three days no one contacted me. Therefore I went to the store to get a refund. Upon waiting at the stores for over 5-6 hours and coming back and forth to the store the manager told me that they had issued a refund in the form of a gift card. I am not sure why I was not called, instead, they took it among themselves to just issue a gift card. I am only 5 minutes away from the store. I could have come and got the gift card. I requested the manager to print out the refund information for my record. However, she could not be I was able to take a picture with my phone. The refund was issued on XX/XX/XXXX for {$1000.00}, return XXXX, XXXX XXXX. XXXX, XXXX XXXX. XXXX. However, I noticed the gift card was in my ex-spouse 's name. I immediately told them that it was not supposed to be in his name. Before I place the order on XX/XX/XXXX I made changes and verified that his name was not on the order. While I was in the store and was telling the manager that his name was not associated with the order, someone was making changes to my account. I had several notifications where they were trying to fix their mistakes. My invoice has my name on it. I was later advised to contact customer support. I contacted customer support and the first time I called they said there was nothing they could do. Then I called and requested to speak with a supervisor and they advise me to do a lost and stolen report on the gift card and that I will be receiving a gift card replacement within 30 days. However, after the 30-day wait, I was told I had to file a police report. This is only one issue. The manager at the local XXXX, WA Lowes is ridiculous and very unprofessional. She was telling me things just to get me out of the store. I didn't get her name but she is the only female manager. I have another issue as well. I did a claim on my washer and they only paid me for what they felt it was worth today. I paid {$790.00} a piece for my washer and dryer. I did a warranty claim and got only {$620.00}. I also received a {$790.00} payment on the dryer for not working as well. I don't understand how the company can not so call to find an invoice. So how was a paid the {$790.00} for the dryer?? I sent in a receipt. Of course, the receipt is faded. We found the invoice number because the dryer and washer were delivered to my address.

I made a payment on XX/XX/XXXX for the XX/XX/XXXX payment in the amount of {$200.00} ( statement balance ). I received the new online indicator that my payment is delinquent and I am being assessed a late fee of {$5.00} on XX/XX/. I called the company XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX spoke with XXXX, who would not resolve and said I made the payment 3 days before the next billing cycle for XXXX so they would not apply it to the XXXX cycle. ( even though it is after the due date of the XXXX billing which was already paid ) I asked for a supervisor. Spoke with XXXX who is based in Ohio. He would not provide last name. Spoke with him around XXXX or so. He also reiterated that they will not remove the late fee and I am reported as late to the credit bureaus even though I pre-paid for XXXX 's bill. He verbally told me the XXXX statement I was delinquent for was {$5.00} even though I made the payment on XX/XX/XXXX for {$200.00} which was the amount their website said was the new statement balance for the XXXX statement.
