Consumer Complaint: company has written account as charge off in the amount of {$640.00}. contacted company to have the 1099-c forum sent to me company refused. As far as I'm concern this is a third party company who has taken this debt as a tax write off and still reporting it on my credit report which is deformation of character and not allowed according to the 15.U.S.C. 1681 Law. I am also requesting that the company send me the " ORIGINAL '' contract copy with my signature I am also requesting that this company send a copy of the payment history, as well as the " ORIGINAL ' address of the " ORIGINAL '' creditor and I am also asking for proof of collection authorization.

Consumer Complaint: Re : Cease and Desist Letter Pursuant to XXXX XXXX Dear Resurgent I am writing this letter to formally demand that you cease and desist from any further activities or actions that involve my name, signature, or personal information in connection with any contracts or agreements, in accordance with 15 USC, Title 15, Chapter 41, Subchapter I - Consumer Credit Protection. I am exercising my rights under 15 USC 1602, which defines my Social Security Number as the source of credit used in transactions, thereby making it the basis for any financial agreements entered into. It has come to my attention that my signature has been utilized without my knowledge or consent in various contracts and agreements. Furthermore, I have reason to believe that these actions are related to unauthorized use of a credit card, which is prohibited by 15 USC. This serves as formal notice that I am rescinding my signature from all contracts associated with these fraudulent activities. I would like to emphasize that under 15 USC, the credit card referenced is intended for personal use and is not associated with any credit lending or loaning activities. Any representations made to the contrary are inaccurate and, as such, violate my rights and protections under federal law. I hereby request that you : 1. Cease any further use of my signature, personal information, or Social Security Number in any contracts, agreements, or transactions. 2. Consumer Complaint: I have contacted a company called LVNV Funding / Resurgent now several times via mail to get a better explanation of a debt they are reporting on my credit report in the amount of {$230.00}. Every time I ask them to show me how they calculated what they claim I owe them, they just send me the same piece of paper from XXXX, which is a bill from XXXX. The first letter I sent to them was on XX/XX/XXXX, the second letter requesting some sort of breakdown or info for what the debt is for was sent on XX/XX/XXXX and they responded with the same letter, which includes a bill from XXXX. This in no way validates any sort of debt. Furthermore, I wrote them once again on XX/XX/XXXX to get more info on this debt they are reporting and they clearly violated the FDCPA by contacting me via mail when I made it clear I only wanted to be contacted by email.

Consumer Complaint: I have been making requests to further investigate the accounts referenced in the attached letter for the last 6 months, but I have never given any response. My credit report shows multiple inaccurate information for each account, the last reported dates vary from one another. There has been no record of me giving permission to publish or furnish any of this information and this is a violation of FCRA. I will be seeking legal assistance due to noncompliance with 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( e ) ( B ) and Metro 2 Compliance Standards, there are multiple deviations, deficiencies, inaccurate information, and unauthorized information listed on my credit report. Please remove these accounts referenced from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I utilized the Federal Trade Commission Identity Theft website to generate and send a letter to the collection agent stating that charges made to the account ( s ) in question were the result of fraud/identity theft. In accordance with the FCRA, and as clearly outlined in the letter ( s ) sent on XXXX XXXX XXXX the following was requested ( and ignored ) by the collection agency, specifically : " I have enclosed a copy of the Notice to Furnishers of Information. It explains your responsibilities under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). The FCRA requires that debt collectors give an identity theft victim documents related to an account if the victim asks. Please send me copies of all records relating to the account, including : - Account applications made on paper, online, or by telephone - Account statements or invoices - Records of payment or charge slips - Delivery addresses associated with the account - Records of phone numbers used to activate or access the account - Signatures on applications and accounts - Investigators report Please send me a letter explaining what you have done to : - Inform the business where the account was opened that the debt is the result of identity theft - Stop collection activities against me - Stop reporting information about the debt to credit reporting agencies- If you've already reported the debt to credit reporting agencies, notify them that the debt is the result of identity theft - Provide me with the records I request '' To date, the collection agency has ignored these requests and have failed to provide any documentation requested, or cease collection activity against me for the two accounts they currently hold. The debt ( s ) are, as of XXXX XXXX XXXX still reporting as owed and no notation has been made by creditor or the reporting agencies to specify that these charges were the result of fraud/theft. The collection agency in question continues to contact me in an attempt to collect a debt that I do not owe and did not authorize. Consumer Complaint: I have never heard of " LVNV '' or the purported original alleged creditor. I do not owe them any money whatsoever. I am, and have been, the victim of identity theft. When I saw their derogatory entry on my credit report on XXXX XXXX XXXX I took immediate action by filing a dispute there, with the bureaus, and with " LVNV. '' That's why I am shocked to receive a notice today from " XXXX '' that " LVNV '' has not been removed from my " XXXX '' report. It makes me think that " LVNV '' is predatory and may have lied to " XXXX '' about this alleged account, but this is only a theory and my opinion. " XXXX '' likely contacted them ( " LVNV '' ) when prompted by " XXXX '' and that was it ; there seems to be no real investigation. I have never been contacted by " LVNV, '' and when you look them up, their ratings and reviews are not good. Nevertheless, because I know I am in the right, I have written to them. Can you please help me? Thank you!
