Consumer Complaint: I received a bill from XXXX XXXX around XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$610.00}. I had paid off {$500.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and another {$300.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and disputed the remaining {$190.00} that remained. They had charged me {$30.00} a month for an item I never ordered. I never received another bill from them until this past XXXX. I called them and offered to pay {$200.00} to end the dispute and they refused and contacted a collection agency, Resurgent Capital Services. They in turn sent a demand letter on XX/XX/XXXX which included a copy of my mortgage statement. Please help me resolve this issue quickly, I am a XXXX woman, XXXX years old. Thank you very much.

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted LVNV Funding on several occasions requesting validity of the item bering reporting on my credit report. They have not been able to provide valid details or proof of whom the account belongs. As It does not belong to me. I was under age at the time the account was opened. I asked for signature of an application etc., and they have not been able to provide anything to me besides a copy of the credit card statement which does not show proof that the account belongs to me.
