I am still receiving letters and emails after I requested them to stop contacting me. LVNV is not licensed to collect debts in the state of Georgia. Which makes the constant emails and letter illegal. Consumer Complaint: I am going to try this one more time before I seek legal action!! The account reporting on my credit file from LVNV is being reported on my XXXX credit report TWICE!! The LVNV account for {$550.00} account number XXXX is posted to my XXXX credit report TWICE. I said this twice because their investigation is coming up short both times because they are NOT addressing my issue. I have attached a copy that XXXX claims they verified that clearly shows after an investigation the duplicate accounts are still posted. This is a violation of my rights by both XXXX and LVNV. If this isn't corrected I will be forced to sue.

Consumer Complaint: I have a complaint about two charges that are fraudulently being reported on my credit report by XXXX.The firts of two is being reported by RESURGENT RECEIVABLE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NV XXXX. They have unlawfully and without my permission aquired my information from another company and are reporting that I owe them a debt of XXXX dollars and also XXXX dollars from two separate credit cards. now this is infact untrue due to the fact of me NEVER having a Fiduciary obligation to one RESURGENT RECEIVABLE according to CHP 15 AND 16 OF THE USC 1681 A CREDIT REPORTING BUREAU OR AFFILIATE MUST GET PERMISSION FROM THE CONSUMER AS WELL AS GIVE 21 DAYS NOTICE OF AN ACTION AND OR LATE PAYMENT REPORTING ALSO WITH UTILIZATION AS WELL NEITHER OF WHICH RESURGENT RECEIVABLE HAS DONE AND BY GIVING THIS INFORMATION TO XXXX TO REPORT IN ERROR HAS XXXXNFACT VIOLATED MY CONSUMER RIGHTS AND I WILL BE STARTING LITIGATION IF MY DEMANDS TO REMOVE THIS FROM MY XXXX REPORT ARE NOT MET. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I received an email from XXXX XXXX identifying himself as a debt collector stating that he was collecting on behalf of LVNV Funding LLC from original creditor XXXX XXXX I received approximately 18 emails regarding the collection of XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX and every email XXXX XXXX informed that my aledged account was red flagged from an outstanding debt totaling {$4100.00}. This account XXXX XXXX was discharged and reported to the internal revenue service as an XXXX After receiving the collection emails without my authorization an consent I submitted a request fro validation under the fair ebt Collect FDCPA & FCRA Until this day they are continuing to report unverified information on my consumer file, XXXX XXXX also failed to validate the debt as required by federal law and under the new fair credit practices guides lines that are currently being implementation by the consumer fair credit beurer. I am requesting that the CFPB conduct an ivestigation into the unlawful collection practices and negative reporting agencies.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I asked the credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX to verify the XXXX account XXXX The account came back as updated. After getting a response from the bureaus I sent a letter to XXXX on XXXX asking them to provide me documents validating this account belongs to me. They responded on XXXX stating they are unable to determine the nature of my dispute and requested I send in additional information. Then on XXXX XXXX they sent me a letter stating they do not honor requests to remove reported delinquencies when the information is accurate. On XXXX I sent another letter stating they failed to provide me with the requested documents validating this XXXX account belongs to me. I then received a letter stating the account has been sold to another company. On XXXX I sent another letter explaining to them that I am requesting the original documents along with other documents they have because I never opened a XXXXXXXX account nor have I heard of this company. I explained to them that I don't have a credit card with their company therefore this company is reporting inaccurately along with the company in which they sold the account to which is LVNV Funding LLC/LVNV Funding. LVNV was deleted from XXXX however the account is currently showing on XXXX and XXXX.
