I submitted a written request for validation, copy of collection licenses, signed documentation that I have an account with them. The company failed to provide this documentation within 30 days. The company failed to provide confirmation that a notice was sent to me stating I had 30 days to dispute the debt, prior to reporting it to all three credit bureaus which is a violation of the FCRA.
