I also found this account that I believe not to be mine from LVNV Funding LLC. It is in the amount of {$1400.00}. I am not liable for this debt and I do not have a contract with said company. Police Report and FTC Affidavit are attached with this complaint along with disputes sent to the bureaus. I also filed complaints thru XXXX Please delete this account from my credit report at once.

Ive never entered into a contract with this company and theyre in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1692e - False or misleading representations U.S. Code Notes A debt collector may not use any false, deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of any debt. Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my credit report I found many accuracies. According to the law, before any information inserted on my consumer report, it should be accurate. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681b ( a ) 2, it states that as a consumer, for anyone to get or use my consumer report, I must provide written permission as it relates to me the consumer. The law also states that the consumer reporting agencies must conduct a proper and thorough investigation. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I have the right to challenge anything and everything that appears to be inaccurate and unclear.
