Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX sold a car loan that was on my credit before the retention date was up, which was only a few months away before they sold it. I asked through written notification and electronic through all three credit bureaus, asking XXXX XXXX to send through Certified mail a verification letter showing the address and the original signature which never happened, they then sold the account to which I did the same thing sending LVNV Funding LLC written notice that I needed verification that these accounts are mine. I have continued to dispute this account since it has been to the new company with no avail. Each time they just verify the account through the credit bureaus automatic verification system and never sent me the information Im asking for I need these accounts deleted from all three of my credit bureaus immediately because I have disputed them time overtime overtime which each time be in 30 days I can no longer wait 30 days in these accounts need to be removed from my account immediately.
