Consumer Complaint: There is inaccurate information on my consumer report, the collection by resurgent receivables been charged off according to the IRS amounts over {$600.00} have to be filed as income with a 1099c, income doesn't get reported on a consumer report, how is this being reported as a debt? please delete this off my report as well as the balance is inaccurate, account has been reported 120 days late twice this is inaccurate according to 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) accuracy of report ( b ) Accuracy of report Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. Consumer Complaint: As I have stated, I have no knowledge of the account and do not claim ownership of the debt in question, in spite of the documents the company has enclosed. In response to my initial letter to the company disputing the validity of the account, I received a notice threatening to sue me for a balance I do not owe on an account that does not belong to me. I have a fraud alert on my credit report, which has been in place since 2017. Since then, unfortunately, my name, address, SSN, and other identifying information have been compromised numerous times. Again, I have no knowledge of this account. During my initial dispute with the credit bureaus, this item was removed from my credit report as the account. Months later, it repopulated and I was never given any information regarding why it was being reported again. I have filed another dispute with all three major credit bureaus, as per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act : 809. Validation of Debts and Fair Credit Reporting Act : 611. Procedure in case of disputed accuracy [ 15 U.S.C. 1681i ]. As such, again, I am requesting that this account be deleted from my credit report immediately as the account is not mine and due to non-compliance.

Consumer Complaint: I have been back and forth between XXXX XXXX, LVNV, and XXXX about this matter. This debt is still reporting on XXXX and I have received documentation from Original Creditor XXXX XXXX stating that after an investigation done by them, they have found this debt as a result of identity theft. It has been well over 60 days but is still reporting under LVNV. I am still being denied my retirement home because of this and it has caused great distress because of it. They refuse to remove it off of XXXX and XXXX has not removed it either as of today XXXX. Please provide me with resources to file a suit against these companies for not removing it.

I have never dealt with XXXX for any service, at any time in the past at least 10 years, if ever. This account is absolutely not mine. I disputed it but its still on both my XXXX account and my XXXX account. It was also on my XXXX account and I disputed it there as well and they removed it. Please help me. Im in the process of repairing my credit as it is, and I need to move soon, so my credit score will be critical. Thank you!
