Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I reached out to LVNV Funding in attempt to settle a debt and increase my credit score subsequently. I was told after settling a XXXX dollar account for XXXX, that the transaction would be reported to the Bureaus and that I'd increase my score. However, I was tricked into paying an old debt that was already closed in my account. Also, I was ensured that my points would increase once the company reports the settlement to the credit bureaus. XXXX, LVNV Funding, are frauds that tricked me out of XXXX. I was told that LVNV Funding requested the information to be deleted from my report in order to hide the fact that it wasn't due for a payment. Resulting in my credit score remaining the same even after paying money to settle an account. XXXX exclaimed that they only take payments and do not report to the credit Bureau. This appears to be a scam and fraudulent ways to collect money from debts already closed or canceled. I want an investigation and information on filing a civil suit.

Consumer Complaint: I Have been reviewing my credit reports and noticed I have two collection accounts one from LVNV Funding LLC and XXXX XXXX XXXX for A XXXX XXXX Credit card. each collection has one listed from around XXXX for XXXX and the other listed in XXXX for XXXX I don't recall having a XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX around the time of the second account and The Original creditor Isn't listed on my credit report for either account, suggesting the first one aged off, closed or charged off the account. I also noticed both collection agencies are owned by XXXX XXXX XXXX. This leaves me to believe there is an " error ''. So I'd like both LVNV and XXXX to provide documentation showing these two accounts aren't actually duplicate. Please provide all relevant and reasonably necessary documentation showing these are two separate accounts. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX I used my XXXX XXXX XXXX on vet emergency for my dog. XXXX. I had XXXX XXXX and XXXX made it so I couldn't pay it. Last year my son passed in a car wreck I finally got clear enough to think contacted XXXX XXXX who tells me the acct was written off. I check XXXX XXXX and see this LVNV debt for this XXXX XXXX debt that XXXX XXXX has written off. They are showing it was incurred XXXX which is inaccurate. I dispute it and through the process of this I get a collection notice from another collection agency trying to collect this XXXX for LVNV. XXXX claims the debt is right I dispute again because I ow XXXX XXXX not them, the dates aren't right and they have another collection agency trying to collect the debt for them while they are trying to collect on a debt XXXX XXXX has written off. I can scan the original debt paperwork from alpine animal hospital and the collection notice from the place LVNV hired. Just let me know if needed. I am on my phone or I would upload now.

Consumer Complaint: At this point, I am exhausted and begging to please help me find counsel to represent against XXXX XXXX, LVNV, XXXX, XXXX, and any other credit bureau reporting this on my credit. I have been traumatized and at XXXX, can lose my life due to the severe stress this has caused because of it reporting on the credit bureaus. It is not reporting on XXXX but is reporting on XXXX and XXXX as of today. I have been fighting this for years but have Officially reported through your institution since XX/XX/2023. The final letter from XXXX XXXX and from LVNV stated that they requested the information from four bureaus since XXXX of 2023 but it is still reporting and I can not move into a retirement home because of the one collection on my account that I SWEAR does not belong to me. Anything that says I did not pay for it, it is not mine. I do not leave bills behind and NOT pay. I have before paid bills that did not belong to me but this one is so big that I could not afford to do so. XXXX XXXX also sent me a letter stating that the investigation has confirmed that it was a result of Fraud but it is still reporting on XX/XX/2023. Please help me file suit or whatever your service will help me because this has cost me a home, high interest rate where I pay a huge interest on my car payment, I have had to pay higher insurance rate, and was turned down for credit to assist me. I was told it would be removed by both the originating company, XXXX XXXX, and the Collection agency. This has cost me tremendously at the End of my life where I can't even assist my Children and my grand children when they need it. I don't mean to be nasty about it but I'm exhausted.

Consumer Complaint: LVNV Funding LLC has failed numerous times to validate the debt for well over a year. I have never seen an original agreement that I entered with LVNV Funding LLC. They always say thats its verified but never validated. I have been threaded by this company and bullied. They have even contacted people who have no clue about this account such as my girlfriend, parents etc. I demand the harassment to be stopped and that they follow federal law by removing it from all credit reports since it has been well over 35 days to show debt validation with LVNV funding LLC
