The following are listed below : - The three credit bureaus have two different dates on which the account was opened which can't be possible ( XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ) -As you will see in the payment status column two of the three bureaus have listed this account as a " Charge off '', while the third has it listed as " Late 120 days ''. -There are two different dates listed in the " Last reported '' column ( XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ) -Also three different dates listed as The date last active ( XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ).

Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern : Be advised this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. Under the Fair Debt collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I have the right to request validation of the debt you say I owe you. I am requesting proof that I am indeed the party you are asking to pay this debt, and there is some contractual obligation that is binding on me to pay this debt. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the FDCPA. Consumer Complaint: Resurgent Capital Services is telling me that I owe LVNV Funding LLC, XXXX, I asked Resurgent Capital Services for the original signed contract, I want the contract that shows that this account belongs to me, I also want to see the last billing statement from the original creditor, the date of my last payment, and when it was that the collection company bought the debt. Is Resurgent Capital Services licensed to collect this debt in my state. I want all of this documentation in order to prove that this debt belongs to me, I want to see the original contract, I have never done any type of business with any of these companies, nor have I ever signed any contract with them. The paper that Resurgent Capital Services sent to me does not prove that the account belongs to me at all.
