Consumer Complaint: This company suing me for an debt I don't owe, I REQUEST FOR PRODUCTTON OF DOCUMENTS. They refuse to show solid proof, only thing they have are screenshots of a bill. They need more than just a screenshot of a bill. If they are so sure I owe them, show me the contract of me agreeing to pay them. Better yet, show me the contract with my signature and the original creditor 's signatures ... or play me a recorded phone call which makes it a verbal contract... Yeah, I know the secrets. I know the games debt collectors play, so lets play. Don't reply back with that same old tired screenshot of a bill, show me all the documents I'm requesting.

Consumer Complaint: Portfolio Recovery Associates attempting to intimidate me to collect an alleged credit card debt I don't owe them. No validation, never had any contract with them. They have failed to provide any document with my signature that indicates any account belonging to me. They claim they've validated the debt but yet to show which methods they used, what document states I have a contract with them, nothing. They keep intimidating me with phone calls at odd hours and weekends. They have also reported false date of me having this debt and it has had a negative impact on me to obtain credit being extended to me.

Consumer Complaint: This act not only violates the FCRA but also infringes upon my fundamental right to control the dissemination of my personal information. Furthermore, according to 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ), it is explicitly stated that a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency. Portfolio Recovery Associates. Referring to 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ), it is clear that a financial institution can not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party without informing the consumer about their nondisclosure options. Unfortunately, the above collection agency failed to provide me with an explanation of how I can exercise my right to nondisclosure. This collection agency has no contractual agreement with me about any debt that I owe them ; when asked to provide, they can not, and they have violated my rights as a consumer again!
