Consumer Complaint: XXXX has alerted me that PNC bank is no longer working with XXXX. This is extremely inconvenient and I will highly consider switching to a different bank. As a XXXX in XXXX school I use XXXX to pay my rent, buy textbooks, send money to my XXXX cohort for programs etc. What is already a difficult time in America, you have intensified it. XXXX was great because you did not need to meet in person to exchange cash or go to a bank and risk the chance of catching Covid-19. Your actions as a bank are confusing. Very little information given but listed a self-service website, call center number and play to mail the stub and check.
