Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2020 TRIED LOGGING INTO ONLINE BANKING AT PNC COULD NOT GET ON. TRIED CALLING PNC BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ON HOLD THEN KEPT CUT OFF .CALLED BACK CAUSE DISCONNECTED 5X. FINALLY CALLED A BRANCH WAS TOLD THAT SINCE WE WERE OVERDRAWN FOR {$.00} FOR A PERIOD OF TIME THEY CLOSED OUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT GIVING US ANY NOTICE. ASKED FOR CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER WAS TOLD NOT AVAILABLE. GOOGLED FOR CORP NUMBER AND IT WAS DISCONNECTED. SINCE IT WAS CLOSED AND PURGED THEY SAID THEY CAN NOT REOPEN ACCOUNT, SO I CAN NOT GET IN TO DOWNLOAD FILES FOR TAXES AND ALL SAVED INFORMATION. I ALREADY HAVE THIS IN ESCALLATION WITH THEM WAITING FOR A CALL BACK.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

Consumer Complaint: Due to Covid shelter in place orders, I was unable to go in person to make deposit into my checking account. The personal loan installments are supposed to come out of this checking account and thats why it led to payments not being made. When I finally managed to make deposits in the account and pay the installments for the personal loan, the payment did not get credited to my account properly which I was not aware of. This has let to late payments showing up on my credit report. I am requesting to reverse the late payment reporting to my credit report.
