Consumer Complaint: I got the card from PNC bank it is a prepaid Visa Debit card. They changed the terms and conditions 6 months later and in there terms state that they are permitted to breach the previous terms in the contract and sell my information. They breached the contract and claim that they can collect and give my information to any 3rd party or affiliate and told me that I can't limit there sharing. I also noticed my credit score went down but I have no new accounts and wonder if this is the reason. Attached is the contract that was mailed to me in XX/XX/2020.
