Consumer Complaint: I'm attempting to make a payment to a service provider, and PNC does not permit XXXX to link my account. I do not know how to pay the provider now, and may lose a vital service that will be essential for my family. Frankly, it is unfathomable that a banking institution as large as PNC does not participate with XXXX, or what I assume is it's sister company XXXX, as my internet browser linked to instructions on paying this provider through XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX had sold my loan to PNC Mortgage in XXXX. I have made numerous calls to PNC Mortgage in regards to why I had an escrow amount and then an increase in my monthly payment. All PCN customer service reps said it was due to a home owners insurance issue and that it would be resolved. My last phone call to PNC, I was told that the reason that it was not resolved is because I needed to contact XXXX XXXXXXXX because XXXX XXXX added gap insurance to my loan when sold. PNC said that XXXX XXXX needed to correct the insurance error and notify PCN. This is the only way to clear any escrow amounts/increase in my PNC mortgage payments. The two insurance policies documentation were provided to PNC and XXXX showing that there was never a gap in insurance. Both mortgage companies have told me they could not resolve.
