Consumer Complaint: My complaint is regarding PNC Bank access to linking to third party apps via the XXXX service. Theyre one of the top banks listed but for some reason, they only allow themselves to be linked to specific apps, despite many third party apps supporting XXXX and giving the option to link PNC. Some apps go through without a hitch and others fail every time whether their two factor authentication is enabled or not. This needs to be corrected and I almost guarantee its all dependent on who pays PNC to allow it. In this specific case, the app is XXXX but I also had the same issues linking to XXXX while no issues at all with the XXXX app.
