Consumer Complaint: I spoke with PNC Bank today, XXXX XXXX. My problem is with the escrow account. I am exempt from property tax for XXXX and XXXX. My current escrow balance is {$1500.00} and I have been paying an escrow shortage of {$11.00} since XX/XX/XXXX. They have escrowed money to pay a tax bill that I don't owe, and yet they will not refund me the unused portion. Also my next payment due XXXX first still shows a full amount for property tax and the {$11.00} escrow shortage. I don't think it's fair to keep my money and not send me a refund, and I don't want to keep paying for an escrow shortage that does not exist.

Consumer Complaint: I made a purchase of two first class tickets on XXXX XXXX on or around XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX was unable to accommodate a pet in cabin on one of the flights. Cancelled the tickets within 1 hour of booking the flight for a full refund ( XXXX XXXX ). Was instructed that refund would be processed 4-8 weeks after. ( Against USA law- funds must be refunded within 7 days. ) On or around XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a dispute with my bank at PNC. I have been in constant communication with the airline and my bank trying to locate my funds. On or around XX/XX/XXXX at about XXXX central, I spoke with a female voiced representative requesting expediting the my disputes due to fear that the airline was preparing to file for bankruptcy. The agent placed me on hold for several minutes and returned to the call saying that she spoke with the back office and the merchant agreed to release the funds. I would see the refund deposited into my account in about 2 days. Spoke with a representative XX/XX/XXXX and he told me that there are no notes regarding my conversation with the previous rep and that the cases are still open. Spoke with an escalated manager XX/XX/XXXX and called me without reviewing the phone conversation with their representative. Case assigned to a miss XXXX # XXXX. I would like my refund deposited to my account immediately.

Consumer Complaint: PNC completed their takeover of XXXX in XX/XX/2021. Since then, their online banking service has become erratic, and now I have been unable to access my funds for the last two weeks. I went to the branch-they could not assist me, but did submit an internal complaint, telling me I should expect an answer in 3-4 working days. They called in 3 days when we were not home. They left a call-back number which no one answers.so much for customer response I still can not log into my account and still get an error message advising to try using another browser, which implies the largest US browser XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has somehow become incompatible with their system. They also list a help number, XXXX, which has a prerecorded message of " higher than normal call volume and minimum wait of 20 minutes ''. I tried waiting for 37 minutes before giving up on their wonderful customer service. I was able to log into a text box on their web site, actually able to talk to a live person. She told me their servers were down as why I could not access my account and simply try in an hour. Male bovine excretion is still XXXX*, and my trying again gave the same result. But even the most weak-bladdered bed wetter in their IT department should have found the bug in two weeks if that was indeed a valid cause, but I doubt it was. Totally frustrated and need to pay some bills.

Consumer Complaint: I refinanced my home XX/XX/2021 using XXXX XXXX XXXX. The property taxes were paid from the closing to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Texas ). My previous lender, PNC Mortgage, also paid the property taxes from my escrow account through a third party XXXX in XXXX, Texas. XXXX XXXX https : XXXX recorded the payment from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, they indicate they send the payment back to XXXX who would return to PNC escrow to return to me. I have been in contact with all three companies by telephone, email, and online multiple times to identify their process and recover the overpayment in property taxes of approximately {$8200.00}. To date, PNC Mortgage still tells me to wait- they havent received the funds. I have asked each of these companies make notes of my call and the situation. I would appreciate review of processes of the companies and tax office in this complaint to assist in recovery of my overpaid taxes. Thank you
