Consumer Complaint: This is claim against PNC Bank. PNC Bank is not honoring its policy of 24 hours of extra time remaining. When the balance is less than {$0.00} PNC bank gives you a 24 hour period to bring the balance to positive before charging overdraft fees. On XX/XX/XXXX my balance was negative- {$170.00}. I received a alert email from PNC bank stating that if I didnt bring my account to at least {$0.00} by XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023 I was going to be charged overdraft fees. I brought my balance to positive within the dateline. On XX/XX/2023 at XXXX XXXX my balance was {$2.00}. The next morning XX/XX/XXXX I noticed the account was charged service fees of {$7.00} and that I was also charged an overdraft fee of {$36.00} leaving my account negative. My account balance was positive at XXXX because I brought my balance to positive before the dateline yet I was charged overdraft fees. The time passed between my positive balance and the {$7.00} service fee was less than 24 hrs. I called the bank but they refused to help or remove the overdraft fees from my account. Account # XXXX

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I noticed there were two teller withdrawals one for XXXX and one for XXXX. I immediately called the bank and did not recognize the names on the checks. The customer rep acknowledged that these were white washed checks, with my information on it but didn't look like my checks. She immediately placed a stop payment on them. It took me two days to get an appointment with the branch manager to open a new account. I filed a dispute on XXXX I opened a new account with a little money in the old account for my pension to get in. I went to the police to file a report, got a case number and reported it to the bank on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX the check for XXXX was refunded to my account but not the check for XXXX which also had a stop payment on it. I called the bank and was told that the dispute would take 30 to 90 days to replace the XXXX. I called the bank repeatedly and was told that " this was their process '' even though that XXXX had a stop payment on it like the XXXX check. In addition, both checks were cashed at my bank up in XXXX. The teller never suspected obvious fraudulent checks. I filed an affadivit with the branch manager on XX/XX/XXXX and gave her a copy of the blank check with the number used on the XXXX check. I spoke to the police who said this was clearly a whitewash case and did not understand why I would have one check put back in but not the other. I called the fraud department numerous times and never received a call back. I called customer service MANY times and while they were sympathetic there was " nothing they could do. '' I would like my XXXX put back in my account now. I have been a long term customer and do not like the way I am being treated.

We went to the drive thru ATM and he deposit the amount of {$1000.00} but we didn't received any notification on the deposit was in our account. I ran fast to inside of the bank and told them about the deposit and they told me because it was holiday weekend the company who in charge of taking money out the ATM will come between XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX. I did call the bank immediately and report them the situation. They provided me with a provisional credit of {$1000.00}. XX/XX/XXXX PNC took from my account the provisional credit of {$1000.00}. This the case number from PNC XXXX. I want to resolve this situation and end in good term with pnc bank.

Consumer Complaint: I opened on XX/XX/22 a XXXX XXXX Account at PNC. I set up direct deposit and transferred money as per PNC stipulation in order to receive a promised {$400.00}. I checked via telephone numerous time and was assured by the PNC employees that I had qualified for the {$400.00}. I asked PNC to release my recorded conversations with PNC employees to verify this. This request was ignored. I requested from PNC to close the account and send the money. Instead, they opened up a new account transferring the money. It took PNC about 6 months to eventually cut a check to me for {$7400.00} which did not include the {$400.00} promised I am asking for the {$400.00} promised in the PNC promotion that I fulfilled.

It is now XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX refuses to reissue the funds. I called PNC bank and they said they refused the funds and sent them back. However, PNC refuses to gove me any proof of the transaction even though I have a ARN number provided by XXXX. XXXX refuses to do anything without proof because they said the money was not returned. Now Im stuck fighting between two billion dollar companies for what is to them a measly {$130.00}. I need proof the funds were returned back to XXXX. Seems like a simple request.
