Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021, PayPal limited my account for no specific reason. I have tried to get my account back but PayPal is unwilling to cooperate. I am assuming the limitation is a mistake as my PayPal account has no unusual transactions or history. When I spoke to their customer support, the representative I spoke with agreed that there was nothing out of the ordinary with my account and that she could not identify why my account had been limited. I have not been able to get help from them so far so I have decided to file a report on here as I feel they are not doing their job properly and it is affecting me a great deal as I used PayPal quite frequently. Consumer Complaint: I ordered a item online, through my PayPal credit account on XX/XX/2021, and I cancelled the order within 24 hours of purchase. I received emails from the merchant " not '' acknowledging the request to cancel the order. I was still billed for the item, so I filed a dispute with PayPal through their resolution Department and I received an status email back stating my dispute did " Not '' qualify for a dispute? Since when in America, in accordance with American Consumer Law, does a citizen have to pay for a cancelled order? I actually cancelled the order within " 10 '' minutes of ordering it, but I am still being billed for the charge on my credit account. IT was a split payment, but [ t ] hat is an option PayPal gives the customer on how to pay if the customer wants to do it that way. I am prepared to file a complaint with the FTC and XXXX ( which I already did with XXXX ), this morning.

Consumer Complaint: So my name is XXXX XXXX and I made my PayPal account XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX and I got a donation from an XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX dollars they sent it to my PayPal and I ordered the PayPal card so the money can be directed straight into my PayPal card once I activated it. On XX/XX/XXXX I called PayPal to activate my account to which they said that my account was frozen and I was upset because I got no email or no phone call confirming this was gon na take place and they never gave me a reason as to why my account was frozen in the 1st place. They told me to wait 180 days which is illegal because its not a bank so they cant hold anybody money and I need help
