Consumer Complaint: I received your response Last XX/XX/XXXX that you Close MY COMPLAINT # XXXX that I sent a on XX/XX/XXXX to Investigate the Erroneous Account : PHH MORT SVC XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Balance {$470000.00} that is UNKNOWN to me. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Credit Bureau must complete their investigation within 30 days and yet the problem is still reporting in my credit file and you closed my complaint to protect my privacy. I am submitting this complaint myself and attached a copy of my Drivers license, Social security card, and Utility bill to inform you that I am the one asking your help to investigate the inaccurate information listed in my credit file since the credit reporting agencies are not doing their obligations in my credit file, ) as required under Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) Disclosures to consumers [ 15 U.S.C. 1681g ] ( ( a ) Information on file ; sources ; report recipients. XXXX shall, upon request, and subject to 610 ( a ) ( 1 ) [ 1681h ], clearly and accurately disclose to the consumer. If the consumer to whom the file relates requests that the first 5 digits of the social security number ( or similar identification number ) of the consumer not be included in the disclosure and the consumer reporting agency has received appropriate proof of the identity of the requester, the consumer reporting agency shall so truncate such number in such disclosure. & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) Procedure in case of disputed accuracy [ 15 U.S.C. 1681i ] ( a ) Reinvestigations of Disputed Information. If the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a my file at XXXX is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a creditor, the Bureaus shall, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from my file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or creditor.

I call and after 5 hours of waiting I showed them that they were wrong in XXXX XXXX XXXX my payment was XXXX. on XXXX we send payment and to the end of same month we send payment for XXXX the PHH company when they receive the payment and find out was short XXXX they decide to apply my payment to my principal with out authorization of of me or my wife. no call no email from PHH Mortgage and now they want late fees they report to the credit company 's. I spoke with the scalation team name XXXX employee # XXXX they told me they going to try to fixed. and after got another letter on XXXX where the try to charge me another XXXX for escrow same thing call and to today no respond from them. the problem with the company all the call go to XXXX over there no idea how or who can fixed. Consumer Complaint: Based on the PMI clause, borrower can request the loan to value ratio reaches 80 %. Also, PMI clause states that Loan to value ratio reaches 78 %, PMI can be automatically removed. The company conducted the appraisal of my home and told me that my current Loan to Value ratio is 76 %, but the company denied to remove PMI. The requirement is 75 %. But the PMI clause that I signed has no requirement of 75 % at all. The company must remove PMI immediately based on the PMI clause.

In fact their own agent has confirmed that indeed he was here several months ago and collected my signed document which his company photographs and sends to them. He recalled vividly that the same thing happened last year and the year before. When he was here I showed him proof of me taking pictures of the documents when I was at the post office. But I agreed to sign again. Sure enough, he was just at my door again on XXXX XXXX fo the same thing again. He recalled again that he was here. This has been going on yearly. I received four such documents with the threat of foreclosing my home. I intend to file criminal harassment charges against them It is beyond cruel that I must receive these constant threats. I have been advised by my local police department that since I have substantial proof that I have been enduring this yearly and actually have this gentleman showing up at my door fo the same this constitutes harassment. I am still being verbally abused by their callers. THIS MATTER SHOULD BE MARKED AS CLOSED. WHERE IS THE PROTECTION FROM THIS ROGUE BULLY COMPANY HARASSING ME AND OTHERS? Consumer Complaint: I am a XXXX yo XXXX woman XXXX XXXX XXXX who is CONFIRMED successor- in-interest with a completed Family Loan Transfer package who has successfully completed a Trial Loan Modification in XXXX of 2022. My family has lived in this home for XXXX YEARS. I continued making payments while waiting for what I thought was an official trust deed from PHH Mortgage Services. To my utter dismay my XX/XX/2022 payment was returned and the permanent Loan Mod was denied for a technical error in my paperwork! XXXX claims they could not read XXXX of my documents and that my homeowners policy was expired. However I have had the same policy with XXXX in my name for 5 years and all they needed to do was look in the file. It was current. So the Ombudsman XXXX XXXX told me she wishes she could reverse the decision but she could not - ( which is ridiculous- what good is an Ombudsman who has no power to correct wrongdoing? ) and to REAPPLY for another Loan Mod which I did in XX/XX/2022. Which i have been informed has just been denied as of XX/XX/2022! So now for the supposed lack of XXXX pieces of paper which were actually sent XXXX Mortgage is committed to stealing my familys home of 55 years and stealing our generational wealth. XXXX Mortgage a services employees are drones who have no soul.

Consumer Complaint: Due to many problems encountered with PHH MortgageXXXXOcwen XXXX XXXX ; I decided to refinance a Mortgage that was supposed to be payoff XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I refinanced my Mortgage with XXXX Mortgage. During that process, PHH Mortgage has fraudulently reported an incorrect PAYOFF AMOUNT to XXXX Mortgage. My mortgage unpaid Balance with PHH Mortgage was supposed to be {$100000.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX. However, PHH Mortgage has fraudulently requested a PAYOFF AMOUNT OF {$110000.00} from Rocket Mortgage. PHH Mortgage received {$110000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX when it supposed to be {$100000.00}. That has created many problems : XXXX. {$4500.00} = {$110000.00} - XXXX Overage of {$4500.00} and has never returned appropriately. XXXX. PHH Mortgage has refused to returning the Overage to XXXX Mortgage or XXXX where the overage has came from or the Lender who sent the money. XXXX. XXXX XXXX who financially supported the Transaction Originally was not or never listed on the Deed of the Mortgage. PHH Mortgage refused to return the Overage ( {$4500.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX same company that sent the fund or payoff to them. That created another problem because ( I, XXXX XXXX is liable to repay to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( $ XXXX ) when I did not receive that amount. Overall, the payoff should have been {$100000.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. I do not see why I must be repaid to XXXX Mortgage $ XXXX when I have not never received that amount during the refinance. PHH does NOT pay the Homeowner 's Insurance, I pay in full directly to XXXX XXXX XXXX The taxes on the property are only increasing by $ XXXX for XXXX. PHH Agent XXXX reports that PHH gets tax information online and does not receive hard copies. Agent XXXX further reports that PHH is paying more in tax than my tax bill states and I need to go to the Tax Assessors ' Office to settle the dispute. On the attached documents, it is evident that PHH is using the same tax amount for the XXXX Quarter taxes, {$1400.00} as was paid for XXXX Quarter taxes ( {$1400.00} ) when the actual amount owed to the XXXX for the XXXX Quarter is {$1100.00}. On the attached XXXX document taxes do not appear to be paid for the XXXX Quarter.
