Consumer Complaint: Ocwen never wanted to negotiate. We started the Foreclosure proceedings since XXXX. I hired an attorney to protect my rights and I also claimed Bankruptcy Chapter XXXX in XXXX in thinking Ocwen would be willing to do a Modification. I originally included Ocwen in the Bankruptcy payments however after noticing that they did not want to negotiate for me to keep my home I removed them from the Bankruptcy payments. I had to move out of property luckily my attorney XXXX XXXX was monitoring my home and advise us to move out by XX/XX/XXXX. The house was put in auction and the bank ( Plaintiff ) never sold the house they kept for the amount that I wanted to buy it for. They never reach out to me to see if I wanted to keep the home. I notice recently that the house is still vacant and my attorney has advise me to put a complaint in with your company to see what you can do.

Consumer Complaint: Between XX/XX/2019 and XX/XX/2019 Ocwen Mortgage returned three mortgage payments to me. The dates of the payments were XXXX XX/XX/2019, XX/XX/2019, and XXXX XX/XX/2019. I had no clue the payments were not processed. I sent the funds to get my first mortgage up to date. Instead Ocwen sat on the funds for 30-60 days before returning the uncashed checks to me. Each letter returning the checks had no date on them. But each letter was postmarked between XXXX XXXX and XXXX XX/XX/2019 If Ocwen wants timely payments, why are they sitting on my payments before returning them? Now I'm further delinquent with additional fees charged.

Consumer Complaint: Back in XXXX OCWEN LOAN SERVICING took on our loan # XXXX in the amount of {$600000.00} of which {$580000.00} was the original loan previously! We continued to make the payments on a monthly basis, this mind you, was a loan modification with balloon payment at end of loan. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX, Our loan balance was increased {$46000.00} from the Lender out of our control. Documentation available in attachment. What we are seeking is fairness in lending practice, Please seek the amount added on to our loan and reinstate our loan to the balance that we had previous to XX/XX/XXXX. We have been through 3 loan modifications in 11 years and currently owe a larger loan amount then we owed 11 years ago, we never borrowed against our home since XXXX. I know many years have gone by since XXXX, but we are mainly interested in getting back the {$46000.00} that was added to loan balance on XX/XX/XXXX. Thank you, sincerely, XXXX and XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I submitted a loan modification package to Ocwen and I received confirmation from Ocwen of receipt thereof ( see attached letter ). My previously scheduled trustee sale date was postponed pending loan modification review while simultaneously having a currently scheduled for a trustee sale date of XX/XX/2019 - Ocwen is dual tracking ; under the California Homeowner Bill of Rights, a lender or servicer can not record a notice of default or notice of sale or conduct a trustee 's sale, while the loan modification application is pending - Ocwen is dual tracking my home.
