Consumer Complaint: This house was first purchased in XXXX. What happened to the payments that were made from XXXX through XXXX? Ocwen didn't record the assignment to the registers office so why? There are records that show HUD ( XXXX XXXX ) sold the mortgage to XXXX XXXX XXXX not Ocwen. I need legal documents from the company that you purchased the loan/mortgage from showing my balance when it was purchased by Ocwen. I don't think Ocwen took into consideration or documented the correct balance when they received the loan. If I purchased the house for {$34000.00} in XXXX how can I still owe that amount plus more when you took over which was about 15 years later ; once again what happened to the payments I made before you took over?

Consumer Complaint: So my loan was sold to PHH Mortgage. I am trying desperately to pay it. I called the number and waited for 40+ minutes. Now I am told that my loan is not set up so I can not get to it nor pay it. I was routed to someone in XXXX - I'm sorry wasn't it the US government that said that consumer credit is part of National Security? Not happy with my information being shared half way around the world. Gentleman, condescending as he could be, told me not to worry, that there would be no late fee for 60 days. I asked for that in writing sent to my email - no can do. He also stated that a letter was sent from PHH Mortgage on XX/XX/XXXX - never received. Nor did XXXX XXXX send me a notification. So I have a loan number but no account - ha! Please fix the banking system so there is some common sense and not just hands reaching into pockets for cash.

I was assigned a new account and we had to resubmit documentation several times over the last 6 months for contnujeing the short sale, We have been trying to get this short sale done well a year and a half besides having to find another buyer and after they had to get 2 more appraisal of the house over the last six months to get a unrealistic sales price to meet their acceptance, We have been diligently submitting documentation and follow-up with my realtor in negotiating the sale, Futher delays may cause the buyer to back out of the deal if we continue to have delays from XXXX mortgage, HELP US to get this sale expedited,

Consumer Complaint: I closed on a mortgage XXXX of 2018 with XXXX XXXXXXXX and in XX/XX/2018 the servicing changed to a company named PHH Morgage Services that was collecting on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had been sending my payments to the initial mortgage company because I did not receive the notice of serving change until XXXX. I contacted the company to try and get it resolved and they refused to fix the two late payments that are reporting on the credit report. My payments were being auto drafted so I would have thought I would be much better having them taken automatically. Had I received the notice prior to the payment due dates I would have sent the payments to the appropriate company. It is not reasonable to think someone can guess what the other companies are doing when there is no notification. Again the paperwork I have attached was not received until the following year!

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage account got transferred to PHH Mortgage Services from Ocwen back in XX/XX/2019. Either Ocwen nor PHH Mortgage has sent me any letter stating account was scheduled to be transfer or has been transferred. I called to make my XXXX 's mortgage payment and that is how I found out the account has been transferred. Called PHH but they have been refusing to accept my mortgage payments with one excuse or another. And now, they are saying only way I can make a payment is to pay four months worth of mortgage payment. According to my record, I owe for XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, as of my last conversation with PHH, which was on XX/XX/209. I request they provide a detailed account transaction history so I can see how they are saying I am behind for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I also request they immediately accept my payment and we can figure out why there is discrepancy in the meantime. I also request they correct their error and send all correspondence to my XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WA XXXX, address. I also request PHH to correct their error and start sending me monthly mortgage statements which they have failed so far. I have included more detailed complaint and I request to use this note in conjunction to more detailed complaint attached.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter in the mail XX/XX/2019 from PHH Mortgage Services stating they have been bought out by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and that I can update my privacy preferences by calling XXXX. When I called the number it did not allow me to update my preferences and I could not speak to a person. Next, I called PHH customer service and asked for someone to update my privacy elections. I was given the number XXXX which is a fax number. PHH customer service rep told me he can not update my privacy elections on my behalf even though I gave him sufficient verification that I am the correct person. There is a form on the letter that I can mail in ; however, if both phone numbers given to me by PHH dont work why should I expect that they will process a mailed in form correctly?
