Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX responded to my CFPB consumer complaint XXXX informing me the Ocwen Loan Servicing is removing the Ocwen Loan Servicing mortgage account from all three major credit reporting agencies and went into detail responding to CFPB. Ocwen joined shady PHH mortgage, another shady operation thats had so many legal troubles. Ocwen transferred my so-called loan to PHH. Every since the transfer I have not been receiving any notification from PHH about my loan and I am unable to speak to a live PHH representative because every time I call the automated system says PHH is unable to transfer my call to speak to a live representative regarding my loan and to try back later. I have been unable to speak to a live representative and I am unable to access mortgage statements on PHH mortgage site. I do not know what payments are due. I believe shady Ocwen and phony PHH are once again attempting to intentionally rip off my home because thats what they do. PHH is illegally charging me false fees and reporting false information to all three credit reporting agencies. I demand to know what payments are due so I can bring the loan current. I demand shady PHH to remove the mortgage account from all 3 major credit reports immediately.

Consumer Complaint: This complaint is about tricks and techniques being used by a Mortgage Company to take away a piece of property occupy by an elderly man and XXXX children a girl XXXX years old and a boy XXXX years old after their mother passed away in XX/XX/2019. The type of problem that I am having is the Mortgage Company is charging some fees in advance without any research about how much money we have coming in the house which for years we have been participated in some programs and what the numbers are that's what they are, and after being giving us several payoffs, now they try to change their minds by forging numbers. And also try not to recognize me as the owner on the deed. After death of my wife which I have been always the payer for the Mortgage, now they are charging many junk fees by raising the Mortgage Payments and they told me that I am not authorize on the loan and also they don't want to accept payments from me and I have been paying for near 15 years. What happened They need to foreclose on us by forging numbers, jacking the balance of the loan, blocking my monthly payments, telling me that I am not Authorize on the Loan. many Documents I sent always come short. PHH Mortgage an Ocwen Mortgage Company. I just made a payment on they Website, they took down our page so we wouldn't be able to make payments so they can foreclose take our house.

Consumer Complaint: Hi CFPB, I refinanced my house in XX/XX/XXXX. Not long after that, in XX/XX/XXXX, my contract was then transferred from the original bank : XXXX XXXX ( debt collector : Ocwen ) to a new debt collector called XXXX. I was supposed to start paying XXXX just in XX/XX/XXXX and the last payment to Ocwen should have been made on XX/XX/XXXX. Because of a miscommunication, I've swapped the payments, paying XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and then paying Ocwen on XX/XX/XXXX( the check was cashed just in XX/XX/XXXX ). I've called both companies and they've informed that everything was ok, that I should not worry about it. Nines months pass by and now I'm trying to negotiate my interest rates with XXXX. Unfortunately, I discovered that XXXX gave my XX/XX/XXXX payment to Ocwen and that Ocwen received two payments for the same month of XX/XX/XXXX. Not only that, now XXXX wants me to pay an extra mortgage, and already started sending letters stating that I'm not due with my obligations, which is not true as I'm very careful to not miss a single payment. I've called and sent many emails to XXXX to explain the problem and they finally said that they can't do anything about it and that I should contact Ocwen. The problem is that my co-borrower sent a fax and I've sent another one to Ocwen and they never replied to anything. Now I have XXXX from one side threaten me with foreclosure and on the other side I have Ocwen not responding to any of my faxes and calls. I want to solve this asap as this will affect my credit and also because I don't want to pay interest rates, as this was never my fault. Thank you so much for your services CFPB. The mortgage resolution company ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) lied to me about getting a fixed rate morgtage, I started paying Ocwen believing XXXX XXXX XXXX when they told me they negotiated fixed rate mortgage. So again and within two months OCWEN was charging me in excess of {$4000.00} per month plus fees of {$2000.00} and again started charing me interest rates, fees and mortgage payments that where outrageously predatory, within 3 months they attempted to extract over {$10000.00} from me. I was not able to pay the unreasonable interest rate and fees attached to the mortgage and they foreclosed on my house. I lost over {$150000.00} in equity. I lost EVERYTHING, MY HOME, and EVERYTHING IN IT. OCWEN LLC, will not attempt to resolve this, they are CROOKS. THEY USE A CALL CENTER OUT OF XXXX, THEIR USA ADDRESS IS AN ABANDONED HOUSE WITH XXXX XXXX, AND USERS, ITS A SHELL. SEE REVIEWS ON XXXX. THEY HAVE BEEN ROBBING PEOPLE FOR YEARS. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND PROSECUTED FOR PREDATORY AND ILLEGAL LENDING PRACTICES. Now, two years after losing my home to them, they are coming after me for {$500000.00} for the house I lost them which they then sold. They sold it for around {$200000.00} and now are coming after me for 2.5 TIMES THE SALE PRICE. OCWEN is TRYING TO GET {$500000.00} from me, which JUST APPEARED ON MY CREDIT REPORT on XX/XX/XXXX.

I did and became current they inturn approved a loan modification and I was on track but in the interim they turned my mortgage over to PHH they refused to continue with the loan arrangement instead they offered a Balloon Payment with a 15 year term payments only applied to the principle and also said my wife had to be included on the loan.

My name is XXXX XXXX and i have recently reached out to your organization and explained in details of the unfortunate situation with regards to both mortgage lenders, Ocwen Loan Servicing and PHH Mortgage Services. The problem started out with Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC. Back in XX/XX/XXXX a Third Party submitted an application of my behalf and assisted me with the filing of a Loss Mitigation/Loan Modification application. Ocwen intentionally misled me into thinking they were helping me when infact their true intentions were to get my home out from under me. My account had been transferred to PHH Mortgage Servicies on XX/XX/XXXX and they too played the same game. Repetitive request for same documents, sending application which on the service would appear as if they wanted to help when in reality they were out for monetary gain. I have recently discovered by reputible sources and due diligence and uncoverd the fraudulent tactics that both companies were practicing. In my reviews it also mentioned how CFPB submited findings as well. Please note that I have lost my home of my deceased dear mother. It feels as if i have lost her all over again. They had no real intentions of helping me. I started out only two months deliquent going into my third, paying {$480.00} and 5 Hud affilate originazations neglected to not only handle an FHA properly which is mandated by the Government, but by the thrid party submitting my application four months later which only furthered my deliquency causing it to spindal out of control, i know clearly understand that Ocwen was on a cease-and-desist mandated by the courts and they were sinking. PHH acquired the account and played the same game. I am truly aware of the millions of dollars that these two companies have had to pay not only New York State, but they have caused many homeownes to face significant loss. . I have been served with a vacate notice and i will obey that just as i have everything else. Ocwen and PHH has to be stopped. What they don't realize is that i am a recent double major in the XXXX XXXX/XXXX XXXX and i will not stop until all resources and media outlets are made aware. The injusticies have happened to me, i have complete date/timelines of every spoken word to the minute. I have made a complete video of the duress state of my home. I am XXXX years old and my heatlh has drastically declined. I am a single mother with a XXXX year old who the pain is so severe that she has left home. I have no one to help me. I have been holding on to my dear mother and her memories because of that house and to depend on Ocwen not knowing that they were never going to help me and they knew the distress i was under omg! PLEASE! someone from your organization reach out to me, allow me to be that spokeperson to bring awareness. No one should ever have to go through this or be faced with such a loss. I played and obeyed by all parties rules. Imagine in essence of my own accord {$1600.00} i have lost my home are you kidding me! With the amount of Government Programs someone please tell me how could such a thing happen. I will be seeking legal representation, social media, news media and i will have no problems going all the way up to elected officials. I read the entire fraud cases and reviews on both companies and i am fully aware of the PHH and their bogus attorneys XXXX XXXX XXXX and now their newly appointed XXXX XXXX XXXX. They continually put me off and have not changed to my legal name. It is important to have my legal name on all documentation for my home. OCWEN changed their name but are still an establishment that refuse to follow the United States laws.

Consumer Complaint: My financial hardship started inXX/XX/XXXX. Prior to this date, I made every possible attempt to ensure that my monthly mortgage payments are made in a timely manner. However, due to business failure and medical situation I was unable to make my monthly payments. By the time I'm ready to pay the balance due and get reinstated, the loan transferred to PHH/ Ocwen Loan Servicing . Despite all attempts in obtaining a loan modification, as this date, we have received a deceptive response from PHH / Ocwen Financial Services. I have made numerous attempts to reach a representative with PHH / Ocwen Financial Services and have submitted the required documents for a loan modification through US mail and also their web portal. However, due to the lack of communication with a customer service representative and or the Relationship Manager has been a major challenge. Calls are placed on hold for hours and at the end unable to obtain accurate information. Consequently, due to inconsistency with the manner PHH/ Ocwen Loan Servicing conduct business, they denied the request for the loan modification incorrectly. As of this date, they are ignoring the appeal for the loan modification denial using incorrect income, family income that contributes to helping with the housing expenses and incorrect property value. I have disputed the inaccurate NPV input chart and yet again my request has been ignored. It will be devastating to lose my home when I have to care of my XXXX children and XXXX XXXX senior citizens that will consequently be displaced should we lose our home. I just feel like, PHH/ Ocwen Loan Servicing is motivated to take my home.

Consumer Complaint: The XXXX fire happened on XX/XX/2018. Since that time me and my family have experienced nothing but additional hardship, loss and bureaucracy in trying to recover and repair my home. And since I already filed one complaint against PHH Mortgage and the process of releasing my insurance funds to make repairs I will keep this brief. The most recent payments made by the CA Fair Plan are being held, going on over 40 days combined, PHH and the " servicer '' have decided that adding an additional layer of red tape/process would be so incredibly helpful to THEM in repairing my home. They have not lived through the tragedies, but everyone and anyone who could make this more difficult, oppressive and insulting have done so. I can not get the money issued by my insurance company in XXXX. My family 's health and economic stability has been greatly impacted. PHH/XXXX/XXXX have now added additional injury and insult to an already bad situation. It appears as though it is not important to get my home repaired, it is more important to add layer upon layer upon layer of process. We were declared a National Disaster, so I will also send a copy of this complaint to XXXX XXXX 's office in the hope that someone in Washington may care more about people over bureaucracy.
