Consumer Complaint: I've been disputing fraud accounts on my credit report since XX/XX/2020. I keep sending multiple sets of letters to the bureaus and the creditors so the excuse of " we didn't get it '' doesn't happen. Furthermore, each letter is certified mail with tracking and each letter shows signed and delivered and yet the bureaus are still not taking any actions. The accounts are not showing in dispute nor are they removed from my report. The accounts always show up with different name variations and different account number variations and yet the bureaus seem to ignore the trend and let these fraud accounts affect my credit score. I have requested the investigation to be initiated and also verifiable proof to be submitted should the account claim to be mine. Not only have I not received any mail showing the verifiable proofs needed to justify the accounts to be on my report, I haven't even received any letters at all stating the investigations have begun. Per the FCRA and federal law, the process is supposed to be 30 days. 160 days later, I'm still here shelling out money for certified mail with no end in sight and no results to show. This is my last option before I take this up with my lawyers and sue for full compensations and damages incurred. Finally, it seems that when these complaints are submitted, the bureaus are using the excuse that they " can't confirm my identity '' to get away with taking no actions on my credit report. Please investigate this as well.

Consumer Complaint: The lender PHH Mortgage has charged late fees to my account in the amount of {$29.00} on twelve different occasions for a total of {$350.00} despite the fact that I have never paid my mortgage late. In fact I make additional payments by paying half of my monthly payment amount every two weeks instead of one monthly payment. After numerous calls with the lender as the late fees have accumulated, no agent of PHH ever said that this payment schedule should be halted. In my interactions with the agent they seem to understand the pattern of payment and state they will file the documentation to reverse/credit the late fee. The rectification never occurs. After reaching my current frustration level, I refinanced my mortgage with another lender. Now that the PHH mortgage is paid in full the company refuses to pay to refund the late fees even though the statement of account transactions show that no payment was ever missed or was late. Each week for the past 5 weeks someone tells me to call back in 7-10 days to follow up. I have escalated to managers with no explanation for how these fees are justified and why the refund can not be made.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CT XXXX. I have been a little confused with my home mortgage since they merged/changed names from Ocwen to PHH mortgage during the 7/8th month of 2019. I have been calling them twice a year for a charge they have with my account for {$410.00} " Assessed Expenses '' I was told for over a year they would investigate what the charges were from but my third time calling in over two years, I was told the charge was placed against my account and that was it. I would like a detailed list for the charges they are trying to bill me for. I want to know if they charged any customers these fees when the changeover to www.ocwen was made to XXXX on 2019. PHH hasn't given me a detailed reason of list for the charges with dates and reasons. I need help trying to find out exactly what the charges are for and why they are on my account.
