They since have sold the loan 4 times this year. Every time I make contact, try to get all information its sold again. Now they are trying to foreclose and take the home I live in. The government informed me, and we raced to hearing. I am still in dark. I am being put off, I tried to get a loan to pay them yet I havent received anything from PHH. This has been going on for a year. My name is XXXX XXXX. My mother was XXXX XXXX. Please help me. I feel like I am losing my mind. After talking to the first two companies, they in courage me to put money into home to increase value, I feel it was to steal it from me. XXXX. I make good money credit score could be better I know. Consumer Complaint: I am have a mortgage with PHH and have been given the absolute run around about a modification that should have been completed already. PHH switched agreements without consenting me the first modification that was presented to me was sent to me and I had to notarize it and sent it back ON time. I paid XXXX dollars to have it notarized, only for PHH to change the agreement without informing me, and the only way I found out about a new modification was by me calling them to inquire about the other partial payment modification that I had previously submitted. Now I have been calling and the new modification have still not been updated. And I previously only owed XXXX XXXX now I owe XXXX XXXX dollars on my home. I feel like PHH is ripping me off to gain a profit off of me. I had no choice but to sign this new modification because PHH waited for the time to run out on the previous agreement so that they could tack on all kind of fees to this new agreement. Knowing that I dont want to loose my house. PHH is not concerned about clients but most concerned about stealing the clients property and money. I have lived here over 30 years and yet I owe more then I purchased this house for. Its truly sad how these companies get rich off of schemes.

Consumer Complaint: My initial call into PHH Mortgage was in XXXX, This call was in order to remove the PMI on my home and order an appraisal. I was told that a mailed letter would come in the mail, I would need to fill it out and mail back a check to pay for said appraisal. This was received roughly 2 weeks later, around XXXX. In the upcoming months I have heard nothing from PHH Mortgage. Being in XXXX XXXX I understand lending and the appraisal process ( better than their customer support, and escalation team ) which has been no help. My next conversation with PHH Mortgage was XX/XX/XXXX, I had called to get a status update as given the length of time that has passed, comps are no longer viable given lending and appraisal deadlines. The customer service agent said he couldn't help but did confirm they had deposited my check, and this would have to be escalated to the next level, although no one was available. I received a call back from the escalation manager on the XXXX, she stated that the order for the appraisal had gone out, and she promised I would receive a call from the appraiser in 7 days. This has not happened. I called back again, XX/XX/XXXX, and once again spoke with the escalation team, he assured me that it was being processed. I demanded answers, again, given an appraisal, there are requirements that have to be met when it comes to comps in the area, these requirements come from the lender and the appraiser typically done not have any flexibly. The length of time that this has taken has now drastically effected the value of my property, negatively because now comparable homes are not in their timeline requirement. This gentleman stated he can not do anything and would have to talk to the PMI department directly. Again I received a promise he would personally resolve my case and call back in 3-5 days. that was 8 days ago. The urgency and competency of PHH Mortgage as a lender is pathetic at best. Their practices are borderline fraudulent but who is going to have the money to sue them and take them to court? Show respect to your clients and resolve the issues they have discussed in a timely manner, or at least transfer them to someone who can do something, not a worker in XXXX making $ XXXX day.

Consumer Complaint: My father 's home was in a reverse mortgage status with Reverse Mortgage Servicing Dept when there was damage done to his home ( water pipes froze last winter ). Insurance covered the loss, but the funds for repairs were held by Reverse Mort Serv until the work was completed. Work completed more than 2 months ago, and inspections were made and approved by Reverse Mortgaging inspectors, AND the home was sold in XXXX. Since then, I have been trying to retrieve over {$18000.00} in funds owed, but the reverse mortgage company tells me they have tried to mail the checks to my address, but they keep coming back " undeliverable. '' I have lived at the address for 20 years. This has apparently happened 5 times. I have never received a courtesy call when this happens, the only way I find out is by phoning them several times a week. They tell me that they can not wire the money or send it any other way, unless I send them a prepaid envelope. Last week I sent them a prepaid XXXX label and they still have not sent the money. I have had to pay vendors for the home repairs out of my own pocket. I am just looking to rectify this issue that has been going on for several months and retrieve what is owed to me. Consumer Complaint: I had a loan with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX during my time with them I was enrolled in the covid relief forbearance program. I was approved for a partial claim in XX/XX/2021 and then my loan was sold to PHH in XX/XX/2021. Was loan sold to PHH I was put on another forbearance plan but started making regular mortgage payments. Phh applied my payments to the months of XXXX through XXXX which the partial claim had covered. I requested in XXXX that investigate the payment issue an partial claim. I've made 4 payments to PHH for the month of XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX which were due when transferred in XXXX. Since then I have followed up with both servicers an received no help but instead I received an intent to foreclose letter from PHH. PHH denied my payments for XXXX and XXXX. Consumer Complaint: Received a letter from my Insurance company stating that my homeowners insurance was canceled due to nonpayment. It is the mortgage companys responsibility to make this payment in a timely manner. When I called them they transferred me to their insurance division who refused to make the payment for XXXX hours claiming they had to mail a check and could not make a payment from my escrow account over the phone. This means that I will have gone without homeowners insurance for 10 days. This is absolutely unacceptable not only did they fail to make a payment but then refused to make one immediately. Which could be easily done over the phone.

I don't know if this is accurate and if PHH has me listed for sale as I have been numerous time and the sale was postponed. Please see attached documents for clarity on the ongoing challenge I am incurring with PHH. I was offered a substandard modification and have requested several times to have the documents redrawn however, no explanation has been provided after several request as to why the underwriting department is refusing to reconcile the documents. Whatever assistance you can provide me will be greatly appreciated.
