Consumer Complaint: During this Pandemic, I received help doing deferred payments since XX/XX/XXXX, I was told my payments were being placed at the end of my loan I notice my balance was increased by the deferred payments notified the mortgage company I was ready to resume payments in XXXX. They told me I was being placed on a trial period for the months of XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. I completed the payments and continue to make my payments. After that, they completed a Modification in which there was a clause saying i had a Ballon mortgage for XXXX at the end of my loan. I refused to sign that modification because they could not and have not told me what it was. Nothing as far as my Term or rate of 2 % was not supposed to change, I received that rate during a program that XXXX XXXX ordered from the mortgage companies to do so people can remain in their homes I was not behind that was around XXXX. I got a call from PHH mortgage saying I had a ballon then so I asked for a copy of the documents indicating that information I still have not received any information on both Ballon information for my mortgage. When I went thru the program I know I did not have a ballon that was the reason why he ordered them to not do that when they modified my term and rate and payments nothing else was supposed to change not once on my monthly statements it indicated I had a Ballon payment every time they called to follow up nothing was clearly explained to me I know I did not have a Ballon before I received help due to the pandemic. I also submitted my application for The Mortage help they did not process my paperwork to forward to the agency which was gon na help with my deferred payments. About two weeks ago I spoke to a representative and she said she was sending me information showing I already had a ballon i still have not received that information by email or mail they can't explain exactly why I'm in a ballon, With the mortgage, i have after all payments of 30 years my home would be paid in full I have completed 15 years of my mortgage never missed payments until the pandemic hit, I need documents explaining these Balloon payments they are putting me in a position to lose my home further down the road with these ballons i would have never signed a mortgage that said Ballon I'm a retired banker and know and understand what could happen with a Ballon I would like the documents proving i was in a Ballon.

Consumer Complaint: I filed a complaint against XXXX Reverse Mortgage LLC and they have not responded as of the morning of XX/XX/2022. They did however change names and/ or let another corporation that they are " in bed '' with assume the foreclosure proceedings to their benefit. Without giving me and children the proper amount of time to respond. I have suffered a tremendous financial hardship and these people will not even hear my plea for help in the form of a forbearance. The pandemic has literally ruined my business and I'm in the debt to my utilities to the tune of final notices ... ... but to keep my children in a positive state of mind I just keep fighting through. These mortgage " companies '' are the only ones not willing to wait for my money to come in so that I can get current. And on top of that the whole original loan was done illegally because my father was not the owner of the deed of trust ; that deed was left in my name for the XXXX XXXX children I have full custody of until they were of age to assume ownership. Plus, just yesterday a guy showed up offering to help me by buying the house from me and when I told him that the only way I would be removed would be by mortal force ... .and he responded hey be careful your home is worth a lot of money... ..this is so unsettling and stressful. My mother left this house to my kids and the deal my dad made was unlawfully carried out. I have a right to be heard in a court of law, not be sent fancy papers giving me an incorrect payoff amount and little time to get legal help. This is truly u American and wrong.

Consumer Complaint: I opened this loan back in XXXX with borrowing only {$250000.00}. The home I bought then was {$300000.00}. My father gave me money to put down on the home which was {$45000.00}. I financed {$250000.00}. Today this company is saying I owe them more than what I borrowed from them. I have paid them many many many many many many many many YEARS of XXXX monthly. The original loan was with XXXX I trusted the local mortgage company sponsor to affirm a safe company to trust and do business with. Im a mother of XXXX children. The government has fed us and gave us medical coverage. Ive had this mortgage for XXXX Years and leaves at this same address for these XXXX years. 1.This company will not tell me my payoff amount. ( I have the house sold ) Im trying to pay them. 2. This company wont give me my amortization. ( My entire payment history ) - for 6 Months I have been on them for this report. They say they will slug mail it and do not. This is the same answer they give me each time I call. The information of what I paid thru the entire XXXX years they will not turn over. 3.with a divorce XXXX years. The home is now being sold and I noticed they charge me for insurance {$2000.00}. Its actually {$1000.00} a month. Im a single mom Just XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX for XXXX years now. Im trying to sell the home as its not upside down anymore and this mortgage company wants my home. They want to sell it. They are making my task of paying them off impossible. Please help me Ill go on live news if needed. They have killed so many families with these loans.

In which I did and sent a return receipt threw USPS. No they are trying to foreclose on property that just was discharged threw bankruptcy. Have people coming to my house on numerous occasions. And they seem to be with company I was in bankruptcy with and discharged. RMS was paid off in bankruptcy.

Consumer Complaint: PHH Mortgage is the loan servicer of my home. The HomeOwners Assistance program has opened up in my state XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I applied for assistance. The problem is that PHH Mortgage is not an accepted lender with the XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. I have called them on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ( PHH Mortgage ) several times and tried to communicate with them about the program. The representatives that I talked to on several different occasions do not understand that the company needs to sign an agreement with theTreasury Department ( government ) to accept the payments. They are drafting a letter to me to say that they will receive the government 's payments. Based on my conversation with XX/XX/XXXX, that is not going to work. Right now, my application is on hold because of the lender ( they will hold my application for 30 days only ). I am 31 months past due on my mortgage due to financial hardship because of Covid. If the mortgage company wanted to start foreclosure, they could at any moment. I do not want to lose my home, and I am turning every stone possible to prevent this from happening. I understand that PHH Mortgage does not have to sign up for the program. I want to know if they have any plans to start accepting XX/XX/XXXX. I was given forbearance after forbearance only to find out I could not get a load modification because of the investor guidelines. This is my last hope.

Consumer Complaint: We have been waiting over 5 months for PHH Mortgage XXXX Ocwen Loan Servicing XXXX, to provide to our County Clerk a " Satisfaction of Mortgage '' that should have been filed by Litton Loan Company ( Bought by Ocwen ) when we re-financed in XXXX. That was 16 years ago and now we can not sell our house. Litton never filed the satisfaction in XXXX and now PHH/Owen/XXXX are saying they need to file an " Assignment of Mortgage '', that was more than a month ago. I have had numerous emails and phone call starting XX/XX/XXXX, and to date they will not tell us who a " Third Party '' is and they will not tell us what they need from this third party. Every XXXX weeks they call to say the same thing, but no new information. The Escalation Department at PHH will not speak directly to customers, we can only go through a supervisor who says he was told only to email them every 2 weeks, if they have an update they will tell the supervisor. Our hands are tied with the County Clerk, only the mortgage company can file the Satisfaction of Mortgage and PHH has taken 22 weeks and has done NOTHING!

They previously verified improvements on XX/XX/XXXX and had their Appraisal that can be matched to see the subject did not have the new improvements made and verified with new appraisal in XX/XX/XXXX. Ive requested to speak with Supervisor as my payoff request has not been completed in almost 30 days. They are taking advantage of improvements made after XXXX by using the new value and requesting due to pandemic worldwide use the new value that confirms improvements made
