My loans were sold to a private institution ( preventing me from ability to receive forgiveness -- without my knowledge or consent ). I have worked as a XXXX XXXX XXXX, as a XXXX in a State University ( XXXX ), and as a XXXX XXXX XXXX -- for a cumulative total of over 15 years ... No forgiveness me though ( guess I am too XXXX and a male or something like that ) and I owe more now than I originally did -- despite 15 years+ in payments -- very discouraging! I have always made my payments on time. For some reason, I realized that there were 120 days late payments on my credit report. I have read enough to understand my rights. The XXXX and XXXX Credit Bureaus are required to verify for themselves, but they failed to neither verify nor update me about these complaints. I also tried contacting XXXX and XXXX Credit Bureaus requesting a complete payment history with these accounts for me to review the exact date on which the late payments were posted. Unfortunately, there was no successful resolution provided nor feedback heard from the concerned Bureaus. Please update or remove the late payments from these accounts. Consumer Complaint: I have Low income. And each year I am to apply for the income-based repayment program. I tried on my borrowers website this year to apply but I was unable to do so for some reason it wouldnt accept my information. So I went to the federal student aid website and applied for my income-based repayment program there assuming it would transfer to my loan servicer NelNet. I called NelNet in XXXX to advised them of this and they said my payment would stay the same which was {$390.00}. However my payment went up to XXXX and I never received a notification that this would occur. The last email I received from Nelnet was in XXXX asking me to recertify which I had difficulty doing so I called them after I did it on the federal website and they said that my payment would remain the same but it changed and they did not notify me!

I contacted the Bureau to find out why and notice that there were a bunch of illegal activities on my account placing me into debt collection agencies without my knowledge. Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2021 I reapplied for Income Driven Repayment Plan through Nelnet attaching signed documents and affidavit statement of {$0.00} income as did not file with IRS. Nelnet 's dashboard for uploading documents then up loaded executed forms and non executed forms. It would not allow me to delete nor view uploaded documents. Nelnet continue to harass effort of non receipt and upon a second successful effort to provide them with documentation, uploaded to their dashboard. I am still receiving demand of already submitted. I do not and can not afford a phone and have effortlessly tried to comply with what is being asked of me. However Nelnet still harasses to default loans to garnish.
