Consumer Complaint: XXXX is reporting a 90 day late payment in XX/XX/XXXX. My student loans were and have been in income based payments during the time with a payment of {$0.00}. To make matters worse, although XXXX accepts payment as one loan, it is reported as 5 different loans, therefore all 5 show late payments. I have requested that they remove the reporting of the late payment ( since I can not possibly be late on a {$0.00} payment ) to no avail. I have also disputed the information with the credit reporting agencies without success. Interestingly, Nelnet has mailed information to an address that I lived at from XXXX XXXX-XXXX XXXX in Michigan. I did not give them the address and I did not even attend college until XXXX. I have not lived in Michigan since XX/XX/XXXX, nor provided that address to any company or individual since that time.

Consumer Complaint: How are you doing? I was shocked today when I reviewed my credit report again and found late payments for my student loan accounts. I disputed this account and nothing was sent to me to legally verify the accuracy and legitimacy of this reporting. It continues to report incomplete, inaccurate, and unverifiable information, and therefore, it's impossible that it was investigated and verified as being accurate Hows it possible that youve reported me 90 days late with no late payments prior to that like the 30 and 60 days, and questionable balance still reporting? Also, wasn't XXXX student loan servicer sued for not applying payments to consumers accounts correctly. This is reporting in violation of my rights and honestly, i don't want to waste your time nor mine going back and forth, and I would like this removed from my credit as I was never late the way you're reporting it.
