XXXX XXXX XXXX DID SAME EXACT THING THEY COULDNT DISCUSS MATTER OVER PHONE SAID THEY WOULD ONLY TELL ME WHAT WAS GOING ON IF I WENT TO BRANCH SO I went branch CLOSED MY ACCOUNT Same day they still would not tell me why my pension check was not deposited half my check was pending they said.

Consumer Complaint: Hi, my name is XXXX XXXX and I had my identity compromised and stolen in which a fraudulent auto loan at Navy Federal was opened in my name which led to an outstanding balance of {XXXX}. Please see the attached documentation as they were failed to notice or meet any of these demands. I have submitted a police report to all bureaus and XXXX fails to meet the demands of me and the police department as this fraudulent auto loan is not mine and I did not apply for no auto loan. Also, I did not or Never even came across this car or seen this car as it immediately went into a charge off and my credit is very important to me I wouldn't do something like this at all. I want this issue fixed or I will pursue legal counsel as an account that is fraudulently opened in my name is being held against me by this bureau, XXXX.

I was notified today - XX/XX/XXXX about a withholding submitted by a NON-Federal Entity, to take our money. We currently have a Lawsuit against the Non-Federal Entity for Falsifying Information, Additionally, and MOST Importantly, the money being deposited to the account is SSDI and US Navy Disability Payments, which is Federally Protected and are NOT Subject to Garnishment XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX There are Several Other Sites out there, including the IRS and Federal Government Websites, that say the exact same thing. IF YOU OWE FEDERAL TAXES - ( I Do NOT ) https : //www.ssa.gov/OP_Home/handbook/handbook.01/handbook-0129.html I do not owe federal taxes, or child support, or anything else that allows for garnishments. I have been through this now with another bank, and they were required to return our money as well. I provide information to the fact that this money is Disability Money from the SSDI and Military Disability, and they Refused, On a Recorded Phone Call - They Were Informed that the call was recorded, that they refuse to return the money. I'm filing this complaint, and I'm contacting our attorney to engage directly if my money is not returned. This is becoming a Rampant Problem with Banks. NEVER Checking the Rules, and Just doing Whatever They Want.

Consumer Complaint: I have new and updated information. NAVY FEDERAL is frivolously and deliberately marking my complaint as a duplicate when it is not. This complaint is against NAVY FEDERAL and the threat they communicated to me via mail. NAVY FEDERAL is neglecting to respond because NAVY FEDERAL is in fault. I consumer XXXX XXXX have been communicating with NAVY FEDERAL via mail regarding the alleged debt. NAVY FEDERAL have failed to honor my demands in my cease and desist. NAVY FEDERAL have failed to send me, the consumer, a letter for me to validate this alleged debt. Yet, NAVY FEDERAL is still attempting to collect on this alleged debt. NAVY FEDERAL have failed to rebut my affidavit of truth with an affidavit. NAVY FEDERAL has failed to remedy this issue by honoring my Notice of Default and opportunity to cure. However, NAVY FEDERAL continues to harass me and ruin my reputation with the Consumer Reporting Agencies with the abusive debt collection practices act. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this and demand they cease their illegal reporting. Now NAVY FEDERAL is attempting to harass, coerce and collect an alleged debt by extortionate means.

Consumer Complaint: I am very concern why Navy Federal Business Department closed my account and Credit card but, leave an open saving account thats still active as of to day. I have been a loyal and a great customer with navy federal since XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I had randomly received a message through navy federal portal that my account will be closed within XXXX days due to high risk XXXX. No warning letters or letters mailed letters to my address regarding my account closing. However, I had been with this bank since XXXX with know complaints. Since my account been closed within a short notice. I was told by the representative my credit card will be closed as well. For-some reason within that week that the credit supposed to be closed down. Someone used the card and made purchases on the credit card without my consent. I am very wary about navy federal system. I believe my account has been target as fraudulent and tampered with. I had ask many questions regarding my business account and why its closing. and couldn't get a fair answer any proof on why my account is closing. And I feel its not fair to me as a loyal customer my account is closed due to not enough information to tell the customer on why.
