Consumer Complaint: I hope this message finds you well. A couple of months I reviewed my credit profile and seen inaccurate information regarding an alleged collection ( collection name ). I find that strange since I don't recognize this account neither am I liable for it at all. Prior to submitting this complaint, I have sent over 3 letters to the Bureau to have them send the proper verification of this alleged collection. I have also sent out debt validation letters to the CREDITOR to VALIDATE this alleged account. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), you are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that you post on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account. NOT a refusal to pay but in accordance with my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act I am disputing this account and requesting a validation of debt. ( 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) ) I begged the creditors to Please provide me with the following information : 1. State what the money you say I owe is for 2. How did you come to determine that amount 3. Provide copies of agreements bearing my signature stating that I agreed to pay what you say I owe 4. Show me the proof that you are licensed to collect in my state ; provide your license number 5. Provide me with proof that the statute of limitations have not expired 6. A valid, legible copy of the agreement stating the debt and interest charges However, this unvalidated negative account is still impacting me

Consumer Complaint: This is addressing the loan I requested and they denied it. There is I feel, subjective inferences in relation to the denial of the appeal. Their reasoning was excessive credit obligations n relation to income. This is why I feel there is subjective reasoning for this. The loan that I requested was not in addition to a current loan that I have with Navy Federal, a signature loan, I wanted to request a loan to pay off the loan that I have, a signature loan that I have with 38 months left at XXXX $ a month. Once I obtain the new loan, it supersedes or pays off the signature loan, with additional funds I requested and the pay off is in 36 months, and that rate was at a lower percentage rate. This would not change what I basically have right now. Now what would be the difference if I added collateral? Does that change the dynamics because if it does this is a fake system. So l would like to proceed with collateral. I have a credit score of XXXX.that proves I am creditworthy. I was never late with any payments owed to XXXX. Like I said I was with this camp for 30years. Im really curious how they determined this.

Consumer Complaint: I started Navy Federal Credit Union when I was XXXX XXXX in the United States XXXX XXXX. They granted me two loans XXXX XXXX XXXX and a XXXX loan for a XXXX XXXX ok. I said yes I would pay you back with whatever I had to do I was gon na pay them. So after I got out of the service, I joined the reserves and was almost done paying the car off. I received a bonus from the service I worked hard for it and they put me through alot to get it trust me. Im thankful. As soon as I did I went down to Navy Federal with my lover in the car ill never for it. Took the money out of the atm went in and paid my balance. I asked the teller 3 times I wanted to make sure that all my accounts are clear and she yes. I gave then XXXX dallors cash and I was told my loan for the vehicle was settled. The address was XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, SC. This was in 2010. I had a discrepany with them because this debt was also showing up on my credit report and we had a big dispute because I did actually pay off my accounts. After I paid Navy Federal off I did want another loan from a major bank just local dealer. Im XXXX, I stand by my word and I have nothing to lie about. I went to the bank 2 days ago to open a checking account and I was told I couldnt because of the loss on the cars and bank account. Ok what kind trick they pullin they arent updating their systems.

My income decreased and I told Navy Federal, I could not afford to pay what they wanted me to pay, which was over {$300.00} per month. They woud not negociate a payment i could afford. So I stopped communicating with them. I was contacted by mail once from their attorney a year later, XX/XX/XXXX. I attempted to negociate a payment I could afford, again nothing. I owe {$20.00}, XXXX. I just so happened to look myself up in the Maryland Court System and saw a lawsuit was filed against me on XX/XX/XXXX. No one ever contacted me.

Consumer Complaint: Requesting for someone to contact the intuition to verify a simple payroll check. Greetings Inform them that my payroll check has been pending for three days. Faced a huge issue due to this, unable to pay anywhere and also not able to do any kind of transaction. I spoke to multiple Customer service Reps, after being neglected and feed fluff on multiple occasions. The last couple reps were kind and explained the matter. I've have experienced in digital support banking and understand the process, however the actions of The supervisor was unjust and not amenable.

Dear Navy federal credit union On ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I used my credit card as defined under 15 U.S.C 1602 ( a ) ( 1 ) To extend myself credit through your company. I was denied on ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I received an adverse action letter from your company attempting to explain why I was denied. This was clearly an act of discrimination pursuant to 15 U.S.C ( 1691 ) ( a ) ( 3 ). I in good faith excercised my right to extend credit as a consumer, and a creditor and I was denied for no specific reason. You also violated federal law and you will be hold civilly and criminally liable because you violated 15 U.S.C 1602 ( a ) ( p ) you used my credit card with no apparent authority, and I the card holder and consumer received no benefit. You are now civilly and criminally liable under. 1.15 U.S.C ( 1611 ) 2. 15 U.S.C ( 1640 ) 3. 15 U.S.C ( 1691 ) ( e ) 4. 15 U.S.C ( 1642 ) To preserve the judicial economy, and save us both time and money in court. I am willing to settle this matter for the following. Extend me the credit I applied for! Reference # XXXX If you fail to comply I will not just stop at a civil complaint I will file a criminal complaint against your company as well. I am giving you 30 days to respond to my demands..
