Consumer Complaint: Navy Federal Credit Union never informed me of my right to rescind this consumer credit transaction. My right to RESCIND this transaction was not contained in the any of the documentary evidence I received from them. The documentary evidence/installment contract is filled with inadequate and empty disclosures that are violations to federal consumer laws found in TRUTH IN LENDING. I have made it clear to NCFU that I do wish to rescind this contract and they have refused without explanation. They do not have a promissory note with my wet signature agreeing to their demands regarding the secuirty interest ''. I REFUSED TO SIGN! NFCU HAS USED false and misleading LANGUAGE to lead me to believe they could either repose my vehicle, which would be a violation to 15 USC 1692e ( 4 ) NFCU is attempting to lead me to also believe my only other option in this matter is bankruptcy, when they refuse my right to rescind. NFCU is using the same deceptive tactics XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was found guilty of.

Issue: Problem with a lender or other company charging your account
Subissue: Money was taken from your account on the wrong day or for the wrong amount
Consumer Complaint: Between XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, I recieved a total of ( XXXX ) payments into my Navy Federal Savings account for {$190.00} each. I immediately called Navy Federal and asked why the money was being put into my account. The lady on the phone assured me that everything was right, there were no notes on my account and there had been a discrepancy discovered during my ATM withdraws and this was a correction for the error. The lady told me I would be recieiving a letter in the mail explaining in more detail and not to worry about it. She also told me to call XXXX XXXX XXXX if I needed more information. I then got off the phone and called XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was again told that there were no notes on my account and everything is fine. I actually called XXXX XXXX XXXX twice between XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX. I did receive the letters in the mail from Navy Federal explaining that there had been a issue with my ATM withdraws and that the money was placed into my account for the error. I did not know what instance this was talking about but I went along with it because I had done my part by reporting the error to Navy Federal and XXXX XXXX XXXX. As of yesterday XX/XX/XXXX. I checked my bank account and my checking account was - {$980.00} and my savings account was - {$930.00}. I immediately called Navy Federal and they stated they didnt know what was going on. They also stated that a provisional credit was given to my account but couldnt explain why. They stated I had disputed ATM withdraws but when they looked at my account there were no disputes on record. ( I had never disputed any ATM withdraw. ) Navy Federal evened out my checking account to a {$0.00} balance but they are saying I still owe - {$930.00} in my savings and I still have no idea why? Please help.
