Consumer Complaint: When I was with Navy Federal Credit Union there was fraudulent activity on my account in which I ask to have an investigation on the activity which resulted in them closing my credit card with a fraudulent balance along with my checking and savings with money still in it which I was unable to retrieve. Without me knowing they were paying the credit card bill from my checking and savings for a year and when I confronted them they didnt refund me the money they used but gave the remainder of the money in the account which was significantly alot less than was originally in there. Now I have late payments on an account where there was a fraudulent and a account in which i couldnt take my money out.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I made a dispute claim with Navy Federal for an online order I made on XX/XX/2022 for goods not received. I have uploaded documents to Navy Federal portal from the merchant stating that an error has occurred and would be issued a refund for undelivered goods. I have not seen the refund credited back to me from the merchant therefore, I made a claim with Navy Federal to assist me with my account. I was asked if I wanted the items re-delivered to me or a refund and I requested the refund. The merchant has been paid twice once by me and the third party company that issued the refund for items they never delivered. The merchant has experience no lost due to the fact the items were paid in full by me and also refunded. Navy Federal is claiming no error occurred and refuse to credit my account. The goods purchased needs to be repurchased for my family and household purposes. Due to their claim of no error I have been charge for delivery fees and a tip for the driver for items never received. I should not be charged for any of these fees. I have requested all information and documents from Navy Federal of their investigation in determining their claims that no error has occurred. Under the Fair Billing Act I should not be charge in the event of not having my items delivered to me. I am requesting that the error be corrected and if any finance or other charges related to my dispute to be credited back to my account.

Consumer Complaint: I went into Navy Federal XXXX Fl location XX/XX/22. I told the teller that I received a check for my business XXXX XXXX XXXX aka XXXX XXXX. I ask the teller is there a way they can run a check to see if its good? I was told no but if I wanted to protect myself from fraud checks, dont put it in my checking account. I was told to deposit it in my savings and leave it there 2 days, if the check is good the funds will be in the savings after 2 days. On XX/XX/22 the funds from the check was still in my account. I paid out {$1800.00} to a property where my business was supposed to do service at. Now comes Monday XX/XX/22 the bank email me that the check was fraudulent. The {$1800.00} was sent from navy Federal to the person that wrote the fraud check. Now my account is over drawn, the lady XXXX XXXX has the {$1800.00} and navy federal is telling me theres nothing they can do. I asked them, how can I protect myself??? Now my money gone and I have to pay back the XXXX and the bank have all of the information where the money went but telling me theres nothing they can help me with. Im out of {$1800.00} and sum more. I was treated very unprofessional and unfairly. I have a lot of money in that bank. They are supposed to the experts, I asked and I still was failed

Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX, am submitting this complaint on behalf of myself without any assistance form third parties. I spoke with XXXX on the phone in response to their failure to properly report accurate information. They are not reporting 100 % accurate data as required by FCRA and are violating 15 USC 168s-2 ( b ). They did not conduct a proper reinvestigation with the furnishers of the information. I have also spoke to Navy Federal Credit Union and they told me different information than what they are reporting to the CRA 's. I told them it was inaccurate, they are now aware that there are errors on the consumer report, which is a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). This inaccurate data has been damaging to my entire financial profile. I have been denied extensions of credit, car loans and business loans.
