As XX/XX/22 I received a statement in the mail with the amount of funds that they are still holding but when I go to check on my account on the phone it's still close. And I was told by someone in the main Headquarters that the investigation was not over. But " I should be receiving my funds and my account should be open for where I can receive my money. They know that, they was wrong on there end. Because I have warning and told them. And the money that they was holding was there for XXXX, that was before the fraud check. I want my money.

Consumer Complaint: I noticed a billing error once I received documents that the tender of payment I sent to pay an instrument/alleged debt was accepted and signed on XX/XX/XXXX. After I called on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to a supervisor concerning the negotiable instrument that was mailed in for payment he did not give me a logical answer, was rude nor did he provide me with the correct information as to why my tender was not accepted. Instead, he just hung up in my face. I've been a customer since XXXX I've been going back and forth trying to get this account credited since earlier this year. I am aware from extensive research that the Loan/Credit thats extended to me has been paid from the moment I filled out the application with the use of my social security number according to ( 15 U.S.C 1692 ), and the credit thats approved comes from the consumer, not Navy Federal Credit Union according to ( 15 U.S.C 1602 ). Since this was not disclosed it is considered FRAUD by false and misleading information which also makes any written contract void. So the negotiable instrument ( payment coupon ) which is written out in a positive balance ( in the form of a check ), along with the statement that was sent to me the month of ( XXXX ) that I accepted for value and endorsed ( which I have proof of, and that it was delivered by mail with a signature that it was accepted ) ; meaning the act of placing a signature according to Article 3 of the UCC, an instrument signed by endorser or maker makes it a negotiable instrument. The Dictionary of banking terms validates this as well. Denying my negotiable instrument is grounds for discharge, according to UCC 3-603 if tender of payment is refused, there is discharge. Navy Federal is not acting out in GOOD FAITH because this information was not disclosed to me. Navy Federal is doing UNFAIR, and Deceptive practices to me by misleading the consumer and causing injury. Navy federal did not disclose that the credit/alleged obligation I am paying with my hard-earned money is not my obligation because I am the one that extended the credit not them. I asked for verification of full disclosure, debt validation, where the money came from, and who the original creditor was, and Navy Federal did not provide anything. According to the law if debt verification is not made then navy federal is to cease collection of the alleged debt/obligation, and they continue to put my account in a negative status while ignoring the law so that to prevent any further injury I am forced to pay. Also according to the LAW if they do not accept my legal tender/coupon that is grounds for discharge. I, the beneficiary, also request that Navy Federal Credit Union, trustee, keep this credit line open for me to use while continuing to accept my signed coupon as payment or discharge of debt. I know Im the consumer and original creditor in fact and am aware Ive been violated. As a consumer, I am Federally protected under the FDCPA TITLE 15 CHAPTER 41, and it saddens me to know Navy Federal Credit Union takes pride in violating basic consumer rights. No one should ever have to experience what I have when it comes to anything that belongs to them and rightfully so. Stating the debt is valid will not be sufficient after I asked you to rebut my questions if Im wrong. You did not provide anything and ignored it. You are willfully violating my rights. Accept my coupon payment that was sent or discharge the alleged debt that by law is not mine, to begin with. Again, please notify EVERY credit reporting agency you are reporting to that this account is in dispute until we come to an agreement.

Consumer Complaint: I am trying to dispute three unauthorized charges on my credit card done by XXXX tourist department on XXXX. The card charged was my Navy federal credit union XXXX card. After I found out that there were XXXX separate charges on my card, I contacted Navy Federal Credit Union right away. I was really expecting them to investigate and reverse the charges but instead they asked me receipts or any documents. Since I didn't authorize the charges, obviously I do not have any receipts nor documentation. Now I don't even know what to do with charges on my card showing total of {$460.00}.

Consumer Complaint: I used the ATM machine at Navy Federal in XXXX, Ca at XXXX XXXX XXXX to withdraw {$200.00} to deposit it into another account on XX/XX/XXXX between approximately XXXX before I could complete the deposit the ATM machine canceled the transaction and only gave me back {$60.00} and kept the remaining {$140.00} dollars. I went directly into the bank to speak with someone and did a ATM claim. However I was told as a non member there is nothing they could do. I was told there is no way to return my money even though it showed up on the bank audit. I also try reaching out to my back but the transaction is not showing up on their end. I have talked to many people with no resolution.

Total amounts they calculated was XXXX but I calculated XXXX $ that was missing according to my bank statements. on XX/XX/XXXX I noticed XXXX XXXX Bank was listed as one of my external accounts ( which it never, appeared before XXXX ). I contacted Navy Federal and ask about the XXXX XXXX accoun, t, the representative said that I opened it in XXXX of XXXX, I told him that i didn't open that account and ask him for more information he didn't have a phone number but he gave me an account number # XXXX. So I started by calling the XXXX XXXX branch in XXXX and told the person why I was calling, he said their accounts didn '' t start with the number 2 theirs started with 3 he told he was going to transfer to another branch which was in California I told the rep why I was calling she asked for SSN number and verified I didn't have an account with them. Navy Fed had me to fill out form 82 and send it to them with dates and amounts and I did. They replied back and said that there was error on account activity and that I was responsible for the full amt.I appealed it requesting their findings. they never replied but closed my case.
