Consumer Complaint: A deposit of {$1600.00} was made to my savings ending XXXX on XX/XX/2022 and I have elderly members living in the house. When I went to pay the mortgage I could not as NFCU stole {$1400.00} out of my account on XX/XX/2022. First, {$2000.00} was stolen out of my account by NFCU and now {$1400.00} was stolen out of my account by NFCU preventing me from being able to make my mortgage payment. NFCU said their collections department stole the money out of my account. I am going to lose my house as this is the second month that I have not been able to make a mortgage payment to my VA loan because NFCU keep stealing my money. I am trying to use the money in my checking from my 100 % XXXX Veteran Benefit to pay my closing cost and I need {$6500.00} dollars to close escrow however NFCU keeps stealing money out of my accounts. I am in a life-threatening situation and my children and I have two weeks to secure housing by XX/XX/2022. NFCU knows I am trying to move and secure housing. Stealing money out of my accounts helps these criminals that have been targeting me for several months and puts me and my children in a debt bondage/sex trafficking serious situation. NFCU is placing me and my children 's lives in danger. If my children and I end up dead or in human trafficking it is blood on NFCU 's hands.

Consumer Complaint: bankrupcty was filed on XX/XX/22 and i was told funds coming in after that date would be reverted to the new account. Several deposits made into that old account and has failed to be diverted to the new account, I was told this was going to be done. It will be a month on XX/XX/22 and no money was sent to the new account from that old account, the old account it XXXX this is causing me undue hardship due to Navy Federal failure to comply with the bankruptcy court.

The item in question was not properly delivered as requested, therefore I did not receive it. According to the sale of goods act XXXX when someone wishes to sale certain goods they will often enter into a sale of goods contract with a buyer, this document can be referred to as a sales of good agreement. The primary purpose of this contract is to allow the buyer and the seller to fully define the terms of selling a given item. If this is the case the buyer can not receive the goods until the seller performs the action necessary to calculate the correct price. According to the FDIC The standard deposit insurance amount is {$250000.00} per depositor, per insured bank, for each account ownership category. The FDIC insures deposits that a person holds in XXXX insured bank separately from any deposits that the person owns in another separately chartered insured bank.

Consumer Complaint: My Visa XXXX Card Account Ending in # XXXX, was compromised and used without my permission on XX/XX/2022 for the total amount of {$21000.00} at the XXXX XXXX XXXX, in XXXX, NJ. NFCU was advised that I did not authorize purchase. At that time, my card was blocked, and I was told by NFCU that they would be doing a complete investigation, which would include obtaining video footage, signature and/or receipt from merchant, recording of call that was made to NFCU. To only be told at the conclusion of the investigation, that they do not accept video, nor did they contact the merchant. I called NFCU yesterday XX/XX/2022, and spoke with Supervisor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) who advised me that the investigation has not started. Nor has it been assigned to anyone. I asked for proof of this text message that they sent to me, and it has not been done. I contacted my phone carrier to receive a copy of all calls and/or text messages, but my phone carrier advised me that prepaid phones do not keep records of such data. So the burden lies on me to fight with a bank. Why they would send a text, as oppose to calling me, as they have always done in the past. What was so different about this purchase? Also, they replied back to the previous complaint I entered last month, saying that they were working on it, and per NFCU, supervisor ( XXXX ) on XX/XX/2022, they have not started working on it, which means they are lying about doing the investigation. I am also insulted by the language used in the letter of the denial, basically saying they made their decision by my transaction history, which clearly shows that my wife and I pay our bills, so what is NFCU saying? Also, to accuse me of having some sort of relationship with the vendor is mind-blowing!

Consumer Complaint: Navy Federal Credit Union automatically robbed me of {$800.00} I deposited to my account without my consent, my knowledge, without any communication or authorization by me stating that it was ok for them to pull money out of my savings account. I had not idea that they would automatically go into my savings account and withdraw 3 consecutive withdrawals of {$200.00} and 1 withdrawal of {$170.00} of my hard earned money and my only means of living. That {$800.00} was all I had to survive on and I made no payment arrangements, authorizations, or consent for them to take and automatically withdraw that amount. I did not make any payment arrangements for them to withdraw money from my account without my express written or verbal consent, or knowledge. I didnt not state it was ok for them to take and withdraw those 4 specific amounts from my savings account automatically without my knowledge, authorization or consent. I did not make any payment arrangements for them to withdraw or take money from my account, or automatically withdraw from my account without my knowledge or authorization. Had I known Navy Federal was going to automatically take money from my account I would not have made a deposit to my savings account or trusted that my money would be safe in their bank. I had not made any authorizations or payment arrangements consenting Navy Federal to automatically withdraw and take from my savings account. I would like my money back that they automatically withdrew, robbed, and stole from me without my consent, knowledge, or authorization that they could withdraw or take my {$800.00} dollars that I worked really hard for and that is all I have to survive and live off of.

So I asked for the company to close my account in XX/XX/2022 since my credit was being destroyed for no access and no option to pay but in a branch. The credit card account I asked to close was a secured credit card that I paid in advance {$500.00} to hold in a savings account. I asked the company to use the savings account to pay the balance of the secured card and close the account so I am no longer affected, however, the company left the balance on my card, My savings account is still open with an active {$500.00} balance, and my credit is being destroyed. Consumer Complaint: i have been a member with navy since XXXX but since XXXX of XXXX there has been ongoing issue with my accounts one was with a hotel that stayed at during may they were supposed to give me my XXXX deposit back which they later than took from my account even after i showed them all the transactions from the account there is nothing in the account that a deposit was given back to me from this hotel called the XXXX XXXX i told navy that they did not give me back my deposit of XXXX for my stay there so navy just took the deposit back from my account which was not my fault that the hotel did not give me my deposit back i even reached to the hotel about this but nothing was done so now i feel like at this point they will not give me my money back right now i'm struggling and i can barely get by as it is i really need my money back because this is such an inconvenience especially since I'm on XXXX and I'm not able to work and only get but so much so its not like i have money to get by i wish navy would understand that as well i feel like they are playing with my money and don't care what i'm going through and i really need my money back from the hotel stay promplty
