Consumer Complaint: A credit card account showed up on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX at the navy credit union. Their report showed it was opened on XX/XX/2022 with an address of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I told them I do not live there and I don't live there and I didn't open up an acct with navy credit union. They, the credit report agencies said I had to take it up with the bank to correct. I called the navy credit union and they haven't done anything. So some one out there has a cc in my name at a fraudulent address and no one wants to do anything.

I'm disappointed that this serious problem is now affecting my credit score. I don't allow anybody to use my name, birthdate, or any other details since it also violates data privacy. They need to identify the person who opened the account in my name and give them the data rather than me. Kindly help me in resolving this.

Consumer Complaint: An account with Navy Federal Credit Union on my credit report for~XXXX USD was closed and the contract was cancelled I'm XXXX. Navy Federal has been asked several times since XXXX to remove the amount from my credit history because they are reporting it as charge off/bad debt. In XXXX Navy Federal updated the account to report the last payment made was in XXXX and now the fraudulent report allows the charge off account to appear recent and verified. Navy Federal has no integrity and it is apparent. I am requesting for the XXXX time for this old navy Fed account to be removed from my credit history due to its age, accuracy, and fraudulent nature.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX NFCU issued /deposited interest into my savings account. On XXXX NFCU issued/deposited interest into my savings account. On XXXX NFCU issued/ deposited interest into my savings account. This interest is based on principal only. I have met with the branch on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX asking why are not paying interest on my total balance. If NFCU does not pay interest on my total monthly balance please show me where this is written. Each meeting was met with concern and stated someone would get back to me. No one ever did. I had to keep returning to the bank, each employee telling me they " handed it off '' to another employee. This is not a small amount of money in this savings account- it is over {$43000.00}. We have a much smaller savings opened almost 3 years ago and NO interest was ever paid. What kind of institution is this? I want an explanation or my due interest. I have quite a bit of money in this bank and i no longer trust them.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/27 two wire transfers were made to my account, for my job. I had just started this job with The XXXX XXXX XXXX, who I believed to be a financial firm who works with cryptocurrency. They instructed me to pull the funds from my account and purchase bitcoin at a bitcoin atm for the client. I did so, then a few days later, they reversed the wires. At this time, I contacted the company and asked what was happening, they stopped answering my calls and emails and at this point I realized I had been scammed. Now, what I am filing a complaint about is with XXXX XXXX. I have been a client with them for almost a decade and have always been in good standing with them. When I talk to them, they treat me like I had a hand in this, have implied that I am not smart for even taking a " job '' such as that, and have basically told me I am screwed and that I " spent '' the money myself. As well as now being labeled a risky client to them. ALL of my funds have been placed on hold, to repay the person who reversed the wire transfer, which was clearly the persons plan all along after receiving the XXXX. With no resolution date and even a guarantee that my money would be released. I have now had to completely uproot my business with XXXX XXXX and find another financial institution. Which I did not want to do. The amount of money that was in my account prior to the wire transfer is all I wanted to be released back to me. One account had XXXX in it, the other had XXXX. They are basically siding with these other people instead of their client, putting me and my family in a bind unnecessarily. I would like there to be some kind of reason as to why I am the one responsible to pay these fraudulent wires back.

Consumer Complaint: I was recently divorced and as a result I was relieved of all financial obligations of a loan with NFCU that was taken out by my ex-spouse. This decision was a judgment as a result of the divorce and separation of assets. NFCU is not honoring this judgment and continues to report this account to my credit file when I have no legal obligation to this account. Due to the abuse at the hands of my ex spouse, NFCU is continuing to allow the financial abuse to continue. NFCU should honor the court 's judgment and cease reporting this account to the credit bureaus. This ongoing fraudulent reporting has caused me emotional and financial hardship and distress. Consumer Complaint: I am victim of scam. I wire transferred {$20000.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX acct under false pretenses and fraud. on XX/XX/2022 under the instruction from a scammer. Once I discovered that I was scammed I went to XXXX XXXX to file a claim. XXXX XXXX did nothing and would not assist in recovering my funds. I was told to make a claim with my bank. My bank requested a wire reversal but XXXX XXXX has not reach out to my bank. We are still waiting since XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX has not responded.The lack of urgency on the Beneficiary bank made in accomplice to the fraud because they failed to protect the victim and they holding an account that is involved in money Laundering. Through my own investigation, I was able to contact XXXX XXXX and he admitted that he received my wire but he took the funds out immediately and transferred the funds to the scammer by purchasing bXXXX. XXXX XXXX has done nothing and has not responded to my bank 's request. Therefore XXXX XXXX has become an accomplice to this action by doing nothing to resolve and not following their zero tolerance Fraud policy. The XXXX XXXX would not let me make claim because I was not a member even through I had all the evidence. XXXX XXXX is indirectly assisting in money laundering and criminal activity keeping this account open and allowing this individual to laundered money.

Consumer Complaint: I was paid with a check by a roommate that Im renting a room to in my apartment. The check bounced and they decided to close my account which is fine I dont care because I didnt do anything wrong and they received the funds back from the bounced check. I changed my account information with SSI so no more checks will go into that account. My SSI went into that account XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. They are holding my money and that is all the income I have coming in so I have been unable to eat pay billing without borrowing money from other people. I have sent several email like they asked with my id my major credit card the three signature and a code word. This has been going on since XXXX before my XXXX check went in there. Every time they have another excuse for me not to get my money. I have to wait on hold for hours before I can even speak with someone. Usually banks close the account and mail your money to the address on file but they wont do it even after Ive did everything they asked. First they say the picture not coming in then they say everything has to be in pdf then they say everything need to be on one page and I need to say Im trying to lift restrictions. They are giving me the run around and its not branch here that I can go into. Im starting to feel like Im being racially profiled and racially discriminated against because they know want me to send a picture holding my id by my face. The ways they said the money would be sent I would have to go in person with my id to cash the check or get the XXXX XXXX so they shouldnt be taking me through all this. Then they said they cant verify my voice that they speak with XXXX XXXX which is me. How am I suppose to sound to them. I really need some help because Im getting behind on everything dealing with them.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 there was an ach transfer from my account to an unknown account. My navy federal account was hacked and someone transferred {$1000.00} into their own chase account. It was a savings account which I didnt check often so on XX/XX/2022 I checked the account and notice there was a transfer that I didnt do. I called the bank immediately and they closed that account and started an investigation on the situation. I had to call about 30 times to try and get answers. Finally about 3 months later I got a letter saying I will NOT be getting the money back.
