Someone named XXXX XXXX, owner of XXXX XXXX XXXX and The XXXX XXXX has scammed me and many other people claiming he would find us a winning XXXX product within XXXX weeks. I signed a contract and paid him {$30000.00} in XXXX of XXXX to find me a winning product and {$6000.00} in XXXX to get the products manufactured and he still has not provided me with the products or services. I am going to take him to court but I wanted to file a police report and FTC report first. I have all documentation, and emails with communication from him. There is a group of other people he has scammed for {$30000.00} also. I have all of their contact information. I paid this company through wire transfer with my bank Navy Federal Credit Union. I reported the fraud to my bank but I was told it was nothing they can do to help. Consumer Complaint: Representatives from the company have not been truthful. I was approved for the least desirable card without being given a copy of what was entered. This card was comparable to one had XXXX years ago in college. They are refusing to raise my credit limit but pulled a second credit report without my permission. I was told that their secured card did not involve a credit report. This later changed. Furthermore, a XXXX dollar gas purchase has been allowed to place a XXXX XXXX dollar hold on my account creating insufficient funds. The company also did not issue my mother replacement credit cards before expiration.

This is disgusting & intolerable as I have all 7 recored calls of which I was deliberately hung up on for no reason whatsoever with disrespect and discrimination. Navy Federal has broken several federal violations and someone needs to be held accountable immediately On XX/XX/22 I contacted Navy Federal credit Union because I had no account access I then spoke to a representative who informed me that I would have to speak to a specialist due to my account having suspicious activity when I had not been notified by navy Federal credit union that there was any suspicious activity being done on my account, and she stated that there would be a 7min hold to speak to a specialist to assist me with this and I ended up being on hold for over 3 hours. When the specialist then came on the line she was very rude and disrespectful and did not resolve the issue at all and ended the call for no reason. I then had to call back and speak to another customer service rep who initially then tried to tell me that the last agent that I spoke with did not hang up one me, when she in-fact did hang up on me and tried to send back over and put me on another 3 hour hold without addressing the issue at hand so I asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor did not address the issue what so ever and hung up on me. I then had to call back for the third time only for them to hang up on me for absolutely no valid reason without resolving the issue. I feel as if I am being discriminated against because Navy Federal would not have treated their other customers in this manner. I have been in contact with the Navy Federal credit Union XXXX XXXX as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX to inform them what has been done to me. I still do not have any access to my account and am currently with out funds due to this

Consumer Complaint: From XX/XX/2021 to this present day Navy Federal Credit Union has refused to reimburse me {$33000.00} of Insirance Claims money I was scammed out of by a contractor that I hired. This could have been prevented if the Navy Federal insurance claim agent, XXXX who was handling my claim had taken a few short moments to request the necessary documents that would have prevented the contractor from being able to scam me. There was no request for a contract, NFCU just requested an invoice from the contractor, the Member Declaration form wasnt presented to me which in itself would have deterred the scam and also would have protected NFCU from lawsuit. Also, the inspection company hired by NFCU lied on the inspection report stating that I was satisfied with the work being done and also on his reports the question was asked if any necessary permits were pulled and he answered N/A. Which is false because my house was a total loss due to a structure fire. In the county where I live a building being repaired from such damages needs a building permit pulled from the county. Ive spoken to NFCU concerning this matter and the reimbursement of the money lost through email and phone conversation.

This Collection company As well as the original cr editor received my request to investigate this account as fraud a number of times. The problem is that every time I ask them to conduct a investigation, the credit reporting agency would open the investigation and 10 mins later I would receive a automatic response saying that my request was made in error. Everytime that I have to do this, takes away from my original request to have this investigated. more then enough information was provided to the company and to the credit reporting agencies to have this fraud account removed months ago. I feel that my rights are being walked over on. If you look at the screen shot of XXXX, it clearly shows that they are not keeping accurate records with my file. there are multiple names and addresses not mention the employer information shows companies that I have not worked for. in addition, navy Federal is trying to collect on this account twice.

Consumer Complaint: NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION # ACCT XXXX Pursuant to the Fair Credit Billing Act, A creditor XXXX not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. These accounts have billing errors. This is not a refusal to pay but a notice that this alleged debt is disputed. I respectfully request NFCU provide me with documentary evidence validating this alleged debt. If no such evidence of indebtedness exists, and the only indebtedness is by XXXX, NFCU can not lawfully furnish these inaccurate negative informations to the credit reporting agencies. The United States is bankrupt. If these alleged debts are valid, what authority NFCU do you have to collect this debt in the United States?
