Consumer Complaint: Navient has continued to illegally compel me to make payments on the account number XXXX that was included in my XX/XX/2009 XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy discharge/disposition. It is illegal for a creditor to knowingly induce a former debtor to pay a debt that has been discharged and continue to house the account with the credit bureaus, impacting my ability to attain any measurable financing for my upward mobility in the interests of my family. Navient must cease and desist from further request for me to pay the debt and must remove it from my credit record and contact all the Credit Bureaus and request its removal from my credit profile with deliberate speed. Consumer Complaint: Credit Union Rejected Loan Application or increase in credit due to a low credit score and has incorrect information regarding student loan payments which has gone on for 20 years because of the XXXX situation. Credit Union XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) uses XXXX to report and submit credit lines. Yet they are not connected to XXXX, XXXX ( security ) for privacy safety issues. Since they use XXXX, I lost points as I paid for XXXX for over a year trying to gain credit points, but the Credit Union didn't allow a connection to my account to see how I paid my bills. This cost points. They use the money, but they do not participate in the XXXX XXXX XXXX ( {$240.00} yr ) could have assisted a climb in my credit score. I've paid off loans, and as much as the COVID system has allowed, I pay my bills on time.

Consumer Complaint: Continue to experience incorrect information that is being reported on my credit report by XXXX. This has been an ongoing issue for years. I submitted my credit report and have disputed the results ; as it shows XXXX XXXX ) account closed of which the company went out of business. However, I still had a balance which is paid faithfully every month. XXXX has the account in a " Negative '' Account Activity status. I have also attached the Credit Report from XXXX. I would like XXXX to update the status to a Positive Account Activity. # XXXX XXXX also has on my Credit Report five ( 5 ) Student Loans from ( NAVIENT ) there is only one main account # XXXX ; although, they show all five on the report as " Open '' and they should be closed and removed as the school ( XXXX ) that I was attending closed due a loss of accreditation. Prior to the school closing I had applied for numerous loan forgiveness ; only to be charged higher interest rates and fees. I also completed and submitted the government school closure application, and ( NAVIENT ) responded and the representatives also confirmed that I qualified for the student loan discharge. I have also filed a Consumer Complaint Against ( NAVIENT ) with the Attorney General Office with the Department of Justice for their un-law practices and harassment. I would receive 7 to 10 calls daily, and the calls never stopped during the onset of the COVID Pandemic, they just increased. I would like to have XXXX remove ( NAVIENT ) as negative and from the report. email : Navient.com XXXX reports XXXX on my credit report and this account should be removed as this account was transferred to another lender XXXX. XXXX was sued by the former Attorney General XXXX XXXX for their unethical mortgage financing practices for fraudulent foreclosures and fees. I have filed a Consumer Complaint Against XXXX XXXX XXXX with the Attorney General Office Department of Justice to investigate XXXX and XXXX as they have the ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX which is the new lender in a Negative Account Activity and the payments are current. Consumer Complaint: Under 15 U.S. Code 1681b Permissible purposes of consumer reports I never gave Department of Education/Navient any written consent to report anything on my consumer reports. no consent is identity theft. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ) Exclusions from a consumer report this account is in violation. Any credit transaction suppose to be excluded from a consumer credit report if a social security card was used in the transaction. According to 15 U.S. code 1666b the timing of payments, Department of Education/Navient is in violation to my consumer rights. Reporting any late payments on a open-ended consumer credit plan is illegal. A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as a late payment for any purpose.
