Consumer Complaint: The month that they changed from Nationstar mortgage to " XXXX XXXX '' mortgage they sent me a letter saying my monthly mortgage payment was going from XXXX to XXXX, and gave me some abbreviations on line items to explain my new payment. When I called they offered explanations in jibberish, and when pressed would quickly transfer me to another department or representative. After 47 minutes and 5 different representatives they still had no explanation but said only that my payment would stay at XXXX after they " re ran the numbers ''. This is entirely unacceptable from a mortgage company. If they ca n't adequately explain how this could happen in the first place, what is missing in the hiring practice at this company? Perhaps there is magic involved, and they are forbidden from revealing it 's secrets? This is n't XXXX 's, screwing with peoples homes is not the same as mixing up XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I still have no idea why they are or even if they are collecting money for my homeowners, every time I asked this simple question I got a history lesson on my mortgage or talk of projected pricing. Yes or No does not exist at XXXX XXXX. I learned two things from the XXXX near hour I spent on the phone with XXXX XXXX ; first that anyone can get a job at a mortgage company, and second that I desperately need to refinance right now

Consumer Complaint: I am currently in the foreclosure process with Nationstar Mortgage XXXX a.k.a XXXX XXXX XXXX. On or about of XXXX XXXX, XXXX Nationstar started the foreclosure process. Prior to that I sent them a check in the amount {$17000.00} to catch-up on my mortgage. This amount was good through XXXX XXXX, XXXX. On XXXX XXXX, they sent the check back to me telling me that the total amount required to bring the account current was {$21000.00}. I received this letter on XXXX XXXX. I contacted them the same day and was told that the number changed to over {$270000.00}. I am now being told that in order to reinstate my mortgage in need to pay them in excess of {$31000.00}. I have made numerous attempts to make payments to get my mortgage reinstated. I have also requested that they provide me in writing what legal fees I am required to pay them. I was told this morning that they do not have to provide that to me in writing. I have the means to reinstate my mortgage and move forward with making my loan payments. They are refusing to work with me. I so have equity in my home and I suspect that they are trying to force foreclosure so they can take my house and sell it for a profit. I am asking your assistance in this matter. Thank you for your time.

Consumer Complaint: When our adjustable rate increased we contacted Nationstar and asked for a HAMP. Apparently it was approved to begin trial payments XX/XX/XXXX but we never received any notification of the trial payment approval or the final modification paperwork ( sent out for signature XX/XX/XXXX ) because they were apparently sending them to our BK attorney. We consulted with our attorney XX/XX/XXXX and she said she mailed us the only letter she received which had copies of the originals attached and all was received by her office XX/XX/XXXX. We contacted Nationstar immediately and was advised to reapply for the modification. We returned all requested paperwork for the request XX/XX/XXXX and received notification last week that it was denied. We have not changed anything since the last was approved so why is it denied now? We received nothing telling of the last approval until it was too late to request an appeal.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX acting as trustee continues to file fraudulent foreclosures against me with fraudulent documentation. I am attaching a copy of a brochure that they mailed to me that says that they are not a party to any court actions however, there is an impostor or XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is the one committing fraud and trying to steal my house. XXXX XXXX acting as Trustee is either doing this or they will need to become involved in order to stop an impostor who is acting illegally in their name. I am attaching some of the fraudulent documents that are being claimed to have been filed by the trustee. The case can be found online at https : XXXX and attached you will find 2 fraudulent mortgage assignments that this impostor or XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have filed in fraud. The first assignment has proof from the attorney general 's office to prove that the assignment is forged and fraudulent and the last assignment is a prime example of robosigning because it states the alleged assignee on the first page and then on the second page the robosigner types the assignee name as another party not involved in the chain.

Consumer Complaint: Looking to complete a simple HARP refi with current lender, Nationstar now XXXX XXXX. I have not received the " Dinner and a Movie gift card '' from promotion flier they mailed out on many occasions. Completed application almost two months ago and have yet to see my credit score disclosure or the rate options that were discussed. Originally said the gift card would go out three days after application, so false and misleading advertising. Have spoke to them on multiple occasions and they just keep saying next week I will get gift card. It would be good to get credit score info so I can start looking for other options with out each lender pulling credit. Left messages no return call. Said they would beat other lenders rates but wont call me back to discuss. Other bad service type of things but these are my main issues for now. Any help would be appreciated.,

Consumer Complaint: When NationStar ( " Mr. Cooper '' ) brought my mortgage from XXXX my monthly payment was {$1100.00}. Then they increased it to {$1200.00}. As of today, my monthly is {$1.00}, XXXX, XXXX. I did not know until I sent my regularly payment of {$1.00}, XXXX. They sent me a letter stating that payment went up and I have to send them the difference. I called them. There was an argument telling them I did not receive any notification about payment increasing. The Operator was rude and sarcastic. Next day, I called again. I demanded to speak with supervisor. None of them were available. After a week try, I got a hold on to a lady who told me she was working for escrow. I did explain to her I could not effort to pay the new monthly stating I am the only income in the house and that my wife for the past 6 years she has not been working. She sent me to another department. That lady asked me if I want a modification. I said yes and her replied was a kind of confirmation reply when she said it would be hard them to do my modification. Since two weeks passed I have been calling almost every day to have a word from the designed loan specialist XXXX XXXX or any from financial department that the modification went through. Finally, they told me to send them my pay statement, XXXX, etcetera ( enclosed ) Since XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX it has been a battle between them and me. Always they are saying they need my 30-day consecutively pay statement or something else. I have seen sending all these information since XX/XX/XXXX. I keep repeating until I receive another from department demanding a quickly reply about payment. I noticed he did not a thing about XXXX XXXX or the modification process.
