Consumer Complaint: Have an balance for an apartment 3 years passed do I 'm willing to pay ONLY my half since it 's joint. First they say I could not pay just my half then they say I could then I ask for a payment arrangement since I do n't have all that money then hopefully once my half.is paid I will have gotten in touch with the other person. They told me no so I do n't understand how you want your money if you do n't work it out. All of the staff are rude I will basically say the people.over the customer service ... do n't know how to tlk to anyone anyone as anyone as of they have arrangements attitude a rang men tatting the fact to bring up how long a debt is old is ridiculous. If someone someone is willing to pay pay something off why not help ... NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM OF XXXX IS RUDE AND ITS RIDICULOUS

Consumer Complaint: National Credit systems sent a XXXX page excel sheet printed off from a computer screen and claimed this was enough information to report a collections account to all XXXX credit bureaus. this was after i filed a verification of debt within the thirty days given to me. i could dispute each charge placed in my name and also believe the original creditor knowingly violated a number of statutory laws. national credit systems continues to contact me even after i have written them to cease contact. they continue to attempt to harass and put a strain on me and my families well being without being held accountable.

Consumer Complaint: This debt is not valid. The information is inaccurate. They are trying to charge me for things that did not even exist. They said I owe XXXX but in cost to repair it says XXXX dollars. Then when I ask for explanation of charges they send me a maintenance price list in which half of the items are not even on the move out sheet. This has cost my family to be homeless among many other things.

Consumer Complaint: Issues : disclosure verification of debt + improper communication tactics. I spoke with XXXX, a contact center manager for this collection agency. I identified myself as the best contact person to communicate with on this matter. I clearly expressed my desire to pay this debt in full asap as long as the charges were valid. I gave them my mobile and work phone numbers. We hung up with the expectation that I would receive a verification of debt package by mail from them shortly. This would have given me an opportunity o review the validity of the charges. Till this day, I have not received this package. In the meantime, I found out they had been trying to contact my roommate ( despite our mutual agreement that I would be the sole point of contact for this matter ). Last but not least, their contact center representatives consistently try to engage in confrontations and arguments over the phone instead of focusing on duly resolving the matter. I am under the impression they are purposely trying to prevent me from reviewing these charges so that once the legal time-frame has passed, they will be able to threaten me with putting those unverified charges on my credit report. Please help!

Consumer Complaint: This company has been calling for quite some time. Usually XXXX-XXXX times a day harassing me, even calling from blocked numbers or different numbers. Usually the calls would start around XXXX and end around XXXX central time. They have threatened me to sue and have told me they will charge 20-30 % interest. I 've lost my cool and told them off multiple of times to leave me alone. I will not pay a debit that 's outrageously false. Yes I believe I owe the debit but there were fees that were false. The apartment charged me a clean up fee and some other outrageous fees. I had XXXX pieces of furniture, I was never home and I 'm clean. So no way there should have been a clean up fee. Anyhow, these debit collectors keep calling harassing me about the bill and I was willing to negotiate what I believe is owed. Ive told them to leave me alone if they were unwilling to negotiate and continued to threaten me. I 'd hang up and they would call back like 5 mins later if that! Not to mention they one day decide to call me and say I owe interest like oh hey.. the extra is for 8 month interest???? Why did n't they call me 8 months ago? How is this even legal!???? I believe I should pay what 's owed not what they think I owe ... ever since then I 've blocked a lot of there numbers ... I ca n't talk to people who try to pressure you to pay XXXX dollars for something less than 2k

He sent me a XXXX page copy of a lease that had no signatures on it and a agreement inspection report WITH NO DATES ON IT. this did not meet the required law for validation and has not been met to this date

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern : My name is XXXX XXXX and in 2013 I had issues with an apartment building I was living in and it left me with debt on my credit report. I recently paid off the debt and it was removed from my credit report. XXXX XXXX was the original creditors and they sold my debt to XXXX different collection agencies. I have disputed the errors with credit bureaus and they have not had any success with removing the debt. The collection agency is called the National Credit Systems.
