Consumer Complaint: National credit systems has lied about there availability to settle my debt! The company has refused to come to a settlement or agreement to reduce the cost and has refused to agree on a pay to delete agreement! They state they can not do this which is a lie. They have refused to escalate the issue to management, hung up on me repeatedly and have refused to call me back or email me back! I have already opened a case with BBB and looking for help from the attorney general as well and they have been unable to resolve my concerns!

Consumer Complaint: Th e National Credit System cl aims that I owe debt. I do bot get the news from them but from my friend. They harassed my friend, telling him that I owe a debt and I did not pay for it. This really embarrassed me. I never owe a debt and do not pay for it. I called them and argue with them. I asked them to verify the debt first. However, I 've never heard them since them. Several months later, they just reported to the credit bureaus. I really can not believe it. First of all, they contacted and harassed my friend before they told me about the debt, which definitely break the law. What 's more, it is not right to report the debt to credit bureau before notifying me, especially when I asked them to verify it. I do not recognized the debt at all. I think they did it completely wrong. As an individual, I will stand up for myself and never pay a debt that does not belong to me.
