Consumer Complaint: THIS AGENCY IS TRYING TO COLLECT A DEBT THAT BELONGS TO ANOTHER COMPANY ( XXXX XXXX ) I CALLED THE CREDIT BUREAUS AND WAS TOLD THAT XXXX XXXX IS THE OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT AND NOT NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS. THIS IS A DOUBLE JEOPARDY, TWO COLLECTION AGENCIES REPORTING ON MY CREDIT FOR THE SAME ACCOUNT. DESPITE THAT XXXX IS AWARED ABOUT THE DUPLICATE ACCOUNT INDICATES THEY ARE NOT GOING TO REMOVE IT. THSI IS AGAINST THE LAW. TWO COLLECTION AGENCIES CAN NOT BE REPORTING OR TRYING TO COLLECT THE SAME DEBT.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems has been calling repeatedly : my office, my cell phone, my kids cell phone, my colleague. Also leaving voicemails and texting. Consumer Complaint: I received an outdated lease after I requested validation of a debt. I also received a list of fees that we're out side of the dates of the lease. I believe the lease was altered as well because it stated four months in parentheses as the terms of the lease but it also showed stated the number 12 as in 12 months. An outdated lease can not be used to validate a debt.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems was contracted by XXXX XXXX XXXX to collect a debts which is based on a civil judgement meted out XXXX XXXX Municipal Court in XXXX, Pennsylvania. I was ordered by Judge XXXX to pay a specific amount to XXXX XXXX XXXX, an amount which I have since paid to XXXX XXXX. National Credit Systems has insisted that I pay an amount to XXXX XXXX which is more than the court order administered by judge XXXX. I have sent documentation in addition to the copy of the court order to both National Credit Systems and XXXX. Both respective companies have chose to ignore the court document which is proof positive of the correct amount that is owed to XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX has purposely decided to report an incorrect that is owed to circumvent the civil judgment administered by Judge XXXX as a method to navigate around the law which disallows civil judgments from being reported to the major credit bureaus in the absence of particular vital information on the civil judgment.
