Consumer Complaint: I am deciding to reach out to CFPB because I have made my payments owed to National Credit Systems in balance totaling {$3000.00}. This company has a record of collecting money from their customers and not reporting that it was paid for to credit agencies. In this case, they have still not reported a closed account to XXXX XXXX XXXX for me. This has not just happened to me but many people also seeking for account details to be updated properly ; some seeking lawsuits against National Credit Systems, I would like to report this agency for fraudulently advising me to pay this debt in full but with no intentions of actually removing it from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: i'm filing this complaint to see if I could get some help to get this matter resolved I have contacted the debtor as well who they claim that they got the debt from however both companies stating they do not have the debt and can not talk to me about it and still reporting on my credit report i have tried several times this does not belong to me I would like to see if I can get some help to have this removed from my credit report thank you the last complaint i file i was told i needed to file a affidavit which i don't understand because im asking for a copy of the debt stating it belong to me but that have yet to provide to me and they also told me inform the credit bureaus that my information have had some fraud activate in which i did back in 2019 also i hade file a police report i have enclose a copy of my police report and a copy of my credit report

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2021 I attempted to collected information on XXXX accounts with " National credit system Inc " that posted on my XXXX XXXX. I called in at XXXX cst and Spoke with an agent " XXXX XXXX XXXX who I requested a Debt validation letter to be sent to me he refused and began to get agressive and irate and yell and tell me that I will not get a letter unless the debt was paid. I then informed him that tha was illegal and that I have the right to request for a letter as stated in the FCRA he continued to yell and cut me off and not let me speak then hung up on me. I have reported him to his supervisor by leaving a voicemail at XXXX cst as well as requesting for a follow up. This behavior from the XXXX XXXX who represents the company makes it difficult for me to get my credit score corrected and has affected me in more ways physically and emotionally and nobody should suffer or have to deal with difficulties when trying to correct or solve their credit debt.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems and XXXX XXXX XXXX are reporting a balance of {$1900.00} on my credit report for collections. This account does not belong to me. It belongs to a family member with a similar name as mine. I called both the collection agency and the apartment complex and they both agreed it was not my debt but refused to remove it from my credit report. I dont even know how they got my social XXXX number as I was told I was added as an emergency contact on the application. I disputed this debt as it does not belong to me and they are refusing to remove it. The credit collection agency also gave me a lot of private information on this account that I would think is against the privacy rules for the account holder as well. I am reaching out to ask for assistance in having this debt removed from my report as it is inaccurate and it is ruining my credit as well.

I responded back and asked for documents and contracts because the information sent was insufficient. They then sent me the SAME letter as 'proof. ' I sent another follow letter asking for the same criteria but they never responded. They never completed my debt validation request. They actually ignored my letter. NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS violated my consumer rights and never validated the debt
