Consumer Complaint: Chase closed my credit card account in XXXX. I went on line in XXXX and paid the final bill and I thought I was done with this card. I never received another statement and didn't go on-online to check too check this account further since it was closed and I paid in full. Then in XXXX I receive a notice from Chase that my account was past due. I went online and saw that even though my account was closed, they allowed a charge from the XXXX XXXX ( I had canceled this subscription in XXXX and should not have been charged ) in the amount of {$65.00} to post to my account and then charged a late fee and interest since I didn't pay it. I called Chase. They said they were going to put the {$65.00} in dispute status and reverse the late charge. Today I received a notice from my credit monitoring app that my credit score had gone down 80 points because of a late payment to Chase. I go online and see that they never processed the dispute and they charged me a new late fee in XXXX. I just hung up with Chase and they are again saying they will start the dispute process and reverse the charge.

Consumer Complaint: I called Chase Sapphire credit card repeatedly about how to get a refund. I spoke with Dispute and Customer service dept. I was told different information by every representative I spoke with and they kept transferring me to the other dept. I was told to file a dispute and cancel it once the merchant responded. Then I was told I received the refund, then I didn't receive the refund. A few weeks ago, I was told to reopen the dispute. Today, I was told I wasn't supposed to cancel the dispute and disputes can't be reopened. Also, it didn't matter that a Chase rep told me to cancel the dispute and didn't tell me the funds could no longer be refunded. When I contacted the merchant.They repeatedly said they sent a refund to my bank but it appears Chase will not credit the funds to my account because they don't know how after a dispute is closed. They also refused to contact the merchant to request a refund.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, This is in regards to JPMCB AUTO for an account for an auto loan. The account has since then been paid in full. After careful review, the account holder appears to be reporting an inaccuracy in payment history for XX/XX/2017. The payment was paid in full for the entire life of the loan. We called in to address the issue, the person we spoke with claimed to have the data and was happy to send it via mail but never sent anything to us. We later called back 6 weeks in XXXX and XXXX. The person on the phone told us since the account is closed, there is nothing they can do and they're unable to update the payment history. I asked to speak to someone else and or a manager, I was then advised a manager would personally call me back. No one ever contacted me. I believe this information to be inaccurate and is affecting my credit score. Please update the payment history to all 100 % payment history showing all on time payments. The account has since then been closed and has been paid in full. There is no reason to show a late payment any longer.

Consumer Complaint: i had at least XXXX credit cards with chase bank, j p morgan. also i had a prmier checking account and a couple of cd with jp morgan chase, they force me to closed all my account for no reason, i have been with them for at least 25 to 30years never missed a payment, all pay all my balances in the end of the month, over XXXX worth of credit card they closed it with no reason, i ask the manager of the branch, he said they don't give him any information, i filed a complain with chase but they did not respond. what i think is a descrimination against me because im a XXXXXXXX decent and i have an accen. i have been in this country for XXXX years and had no problem with any crediters and i pay my charges every month. i have a score over XXXX excellent credit i open another credit card with my business but they waited XXXX months and sent me a letter they are closing my business accounts.for no reason to give or answer my complaine. under the descrimination act i think chase is descrimiting againt my race, language and relegion. so i would like to file a complaine.

Fraud investigated and saw that their was suspicious activity on our savings account prior to what we noticed and were reporting to the bank. The fraud department reviewed our account, gave us a temporary credit for for {$1.00} which covered the initial debits to our savings account ( in which we never noticed ). All of the debits were done by hacking and scam. We filed a complaint with XXXX and have requested an investigation. We have put a freeze on all 3 credit reporting agencies, are changing banks, have registered for life lock for monitoring on all of our financials. XXXX and Chase both are denying reimbuising us and just tell us to contact the other company. We have been loyal customers to Chase bank for over 20 years and can not believe this happened to us. We cant believe that Chase bank is not taking responsibility. Public record they were hacked last XXXX after we did some research trying to find out how this happened.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 my girlfriend signed over a check to me so I could mobile deposit the check in my chase bank account. The check was for XXXX. The check was cashed into my account but they froze my account due to which they thought was fraud according to their policy. I tried talking with customer service everyday since then trying to verify my girlfriends phone number. They said that her name needs to match up with her number to verify the check. She even went to the lengths of getting her own XXXX plan to make sure her name matches up with her number. They are giving us a run a round. It'd highly I'mpossible to have her name match with her number. She has documents stating it's her number from. XXXX. They can't tell us how to get it verified.
