Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I found that my Chase saving and checking accounts were locked. On XX/XX/XXXX, I tried to call the Chase Bank and to check what happened. They told me after reviewed my accounts, they decide to close my accounts. I was shocked, because I have been Chase account for more than 7 years and I didn't have any suspicious activities.

This typically happens when you apply for a new credit card or loan. INFORMATION FOUND Lender : JPMCB CARD SERVIES Inquiry date : XX/XX/2023 This is pattern this company use to continually ( increase and reduce ) credit score of the past ( 12 ) months. Seem to be a credit card issuer " Redlining '' for credit card holder with high credit balances. However pay all credit card on time without delinquency.

Consumer Complaint: " On XXXX XXXX, I booked a hotel stay with XXXX for a total amount of {$700.00}. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I encountered a significant problem- there was absolutely no parking available as explicitly promised by XXXX. The hotel 's notice indicated that parking could be found on a nearby street for a reasonable fee of {$8.00} per day. However, in reality, it was nearly impossible to find any parking space, and this issue was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. Frustrated and left with no alternative, I chose not to stay at the XXXX XXXX and found alternative accommodation elsewhere. Immediately after my experience, I reached out to XXXX customer service, explaining the situation and politely requesting a refund due to their failure to provide the promised parking service. To my disappointment, XXXX refused my refund request. As a result, I decided to initiate a chargeback with Chase Bank, my credit card provider, seeking to reverse the {$700.00} charge. Initially, Chase provided me with provisional credit for the disputed amount. However, I was recently informed by Chase of a claim reversal, putting me in a challenging financial position. I am reaching out for assistance, advice, and support from the relevant authorities to ensure that I am not unjustly held responsible for this {$700.00} charge for a stay at a hotel I never had the opportunity to experience. ''

Consumer Complaint: I have checked my account on XXXX XXXX to make sure my payments went through. The credit report on XXXX XXXX notified me that there is a change in my report. My credit report went down drastically because my on-time payments went down from 100 % XXXX %. I was confused because I had always made my payments on-time, and decide to investigate. The account was named JPMCB CARD SERVICES. I never opened an account with them nor it belongs to me. It has happened to me before and has damaged my report. It was reported on XX/XX/2023that I missed a payment on my card. I had called XXXX XXXX before, and they had only reported it as fraud. It says the age of the account is 4 months old, but I never opened one and never been associated with JPMCB and/or Chase. It also says that the on-time payments are 75 %, but I had always made mine 100 %. I had gotten the alert on XX/XX/2023. It states that the last payment made was XX/XX/2023.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I made an internet purchase of video cameras from XXXX XXXX of {$150.00} using my Chase Debit card through XXXX. I received confirmation of the purchase and confirmation of shipping with tracking. XXXX XXXX mislabeled the package with a non existent address and the package traveled to my local post office. The post office could not make delivery and the XXXX XXXX tracking service notified me of the mislabeled package. I immediately went to my local post office and inquired about the package in hope that the package would be available, however the post office had already sent the package by return mail to XXXX XXXX. I then attempted to contact XXXX XXXX buy phone and by email. I received no email response and I phoned them as well and the phone went straight to voice mail and disconnected. The post office sent me photo evidence of the mislabeled package and I have all documentation of this transaction. I then made a claim with Chase Bank for a reversal of my Debit card payment XXXX XXXX XXXX and Chase gave me a Temporary refund until completion of my claims investigation. On XXXX XXXX XXXX Chase Bank contacted me with a denial of my claim. I had provided all documentation of the transaction and the postal evidence to Chase Bank. I then spoke with Chase bank on the phone and was informed that since XXXX originated the transaction, XXXX must handle the matter. I then contacted XXXX and they informed me that since I made the claim with Chase Bank, XXXX could not help. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place and am requesting your assistance for the return of my funds. Documents are available at any time upon request. Consumer Complaint: I applied for the Aeroplane card because the incentive said XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX passes. After I was approved, the passes showed up in my account with several other benefits but now they have disappeared. I have spent several days calling customer service and being transferred from person to person. So far, I have talked to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and account supervisors XXXX XXXX XXXX as well as local bank staff XXXX. Each time the person puts me on hold and then I get disconnected or transferred to somebody new and have to explain the entire issue all over again. Consumer Complaint: 3 online payments were made to a mortgage servicing provider for a closed mortgage loan account ( it was transferred to another mortgage servicing provider ). Funds were not received by said provider and I was told to contact Chase who insists the online payments were processed and sent. Multiple back and forths have transpired between Chase and XXXX, with zero success. 3 online payments of {$2600.00} from Chase to XXXX were made XX/XX/23 and are stuck somewhere? Chase says they no longer have it and XXXX insists they never received it.
